Cherry Children's Therapy

Took my daughter this morning for her first visit. We had speech therapy appointment at 9:00am and occupational at 10:00. I left my wife and daughter there and went to my appointment at back in action. I got back at 10:18 expecting them to be close to halfway through occupational and they haven’t even came out to get them! Absolutely unacceptable! Needless to say I said let’s go and we made an appointment at Creative on southwest drive which we should have went with to start with since they got back to us immediately when it took several days before Cherrys even reached out after the referral. Creative literally called within hours of the referral. My daughter really liked all the toys and the tiles with colored water so when I dropped them off I was very pleased only to be extremely disappointed and dissatisfied upon returning. Thanks for wasting nearly an hour and a half of our day that we really don’t have to spare as we are very busy and had to leave our business to come to yours. Update: Lady from this business called and argued with and basically called my wife a liar that we never had an appointment because she does the scheduling and she was waiting for us to get our pediatrician to send a occupational referral. We done that immediately after talking to them initially and then received a call from them a few days later saying to come in at 9am for speech and 10am for occupational. When we arrived we went to the window where we were told to go to the area with the toys and have a seat and the person from cherries would be with us shortly. I stayed until nearly 9:30 but had to leave for my appointment at back in action. My wife saw other children go back and leave but nobody ever acknowledged her or my child. Not even to ask why we were there. If we weren’t on a schedule why leave us sitting there an hour and a half and not even ask? The lady even tried to say it must have been another place that called but we only sent referrals to cherry’s and Creative and creative didn’t schedule us because we decided to try cherrys as it was closer to us. Very unorganized and extremely unprofessional to call and argue with someone that your company called and told to come in then didn’t even acknowledge!

This place is great! The therapists here take their job very seriously! I strongly recommend!
