I was on time for my 11:00 appointment stood in the heat with my emotional service dog for 20 minutes while a wasp try sting my dog. Proceeded to sit in my truck and watch out the windows in case I saw my counselor realized that the doors locked and opened it, but nothing. I tried the door again before I drove away. I drove 45 minutes to get help therapy wise. It's already so hard on me mentally and physically to leave my home, how is being treated like this supposed to help someone like me.

I scheduled my daughter here . She had one session and was supposed to be seen weekly but was never scheduled . I called several times over several weeks and was never put into contact with the therapist to schedule. I was only allowed to leave my info and the therapist would reach out to me. We are on week 3 of no contact from anyone. If your child is high risk and you need guaranteed care - I’d try elsewhere.

The staff are all friendly and all paperwork can be done online easily. You can also schedule or reschedule appointments online with ease. I have never had any difficulties in dealing with their system, getting questions answered, or with the behavior of any of the staff.

I really like my therapist but had to cancel because they’re taking money out of my bank I have 2 insurance Medicaid, and Medicare but they still took money out of my bank saying it the patient part that I pay makes no since I see now why they have a 2. Something rating don’t waste your time on them separately I’m a single mother I can’t afford people taking money out when they don’t even tell you about this part that you have to pay

Horrible. Can not go in fill out paperwork they email it to I with questions GOD can not answer and it will not submit. When u ask to fill out paperwork in office they will not make you an appointment and they wonder why no one ask for help. To many damned hoops
