I had a very good experience with this location. The staff was very polite and helpful. My meeting with the doctor was very good. He explained everything and answered all questions. We decided which way to go and I told I would receive a call. I am happy with that appointment.

Dr. Noonburg was very thorough, answered all my questions, planned a program to remediate my issues and made certain I was comfortable with the program. He was extremely polite and considerate. I’m looking forward to having him as my doctor.

Very greedy office. I called just to get on the books and wanted to send insurance info after, like the next day and they told me they would have to schedule as self pay and would require nearly 400 dollars just to schedule the appointment. I'll drive well out of the area before using this place.

If I could give "0" stars, I absolutely would. I called about 5 times before I could get someone on the line. When I did, you could tell that her disposition was that of someone that is probably overworked. Either way, I have two insurances and based on what I have designated as my primary insurance provider, the attending physician requires that you get an MRI before you can be seen. What doctor does this? It's technically a form of discrimination. Furthermore, they wouldn't even consider the second insurance as an option. An MRI is not something that you get casually nor is it mandatory. The reason being is that it subjects that body to dye and radiation that one should only be subjected to out of necessity. Be mindful of this establishment as they appear to exhibit discriminatory practices. Also, forcing someone to get an MRI before an X-Ray is absurd and shows a lack of care for the patient. I believe it has to be financially motivated, which is extremely off putting.

This physician was wonderful. He was friendly, and extremely caring. I understood what was going on with me and my options of care. He is truly amazing!!

My only issue is with check in. She was rude and unfeeling. She told me I could not be seen until I paid copay. She then without telling me charged 80.00 to my card. A forty copay and a balance. Almost zeroed out my account. I have made monthly pmts since going there. Not sure if I will recommend your practice to anyone because of office staff. But my account paid in full

The staff and DR. Spellman was amazing. They were friendly and considerate with how my injections were working. I would recommend them to anyone that was in need of a spine specialist.
