When looking for a place for my father I was so overwhelmed but when I walked into Chapel Ridge one evening I was met immediately with such warm and friendly staff. They took me in and showed me what I felt like was their home. I found them so engaged with the residents in the Alzheimer’s unit. The rooms are so much larger than any other facilities I toured, large TVs, No Smells. But most importantly smiles on the resident’s and staff’s faces. Loved this place!!!

They just let my loved one lay there and get worse. When I wanted her sent to hospital, they tried everything to make her stay. They came up with every excuse possible not to call the ambulance. Finally got her out of there to receive better care. She was suppose to be in for therapy and only received 2 days of therapy. Worse place possible

I recently had my grandmother here. Reason why I am leaving this 1 star review is cause if the poor care she had received here. I have been in the Nursing profession for 15 years. I have never heard of this type of care she received. No one should ever sit in the floor for 30 minutes covered in urine, waiting on someone attend. I pray that other family members are not receiving the same care as she did.

Dad was at Chapel Ridge for a short time and Mom was there for about 16 months. We could not have asked for better care than what they received. During the recent virus issue, I believe the management and staff exercised due care and protocol to minimize the danger. I do not hesitate to recommend Chapel Ridge for the care of a loved one.

The staff have taken very good care of my mother. They keep us updated when anything out of the ordinary happens with her. We go to visit on a variety of days and times and the people there have always been friendly and attentive. It nice to see their kindness and gentleness.

This seems to be a very good place . The staff really cares and the place is really clean at all times . We have had my mother here for about 1year . They just remodeled the rooms and even put large screen TV in each person's area . Thanks for caring James gann My thanks to the staff my mother passed last night , they help make the passing very kind and caring . Though this very bad time they told us what was happening as things went by . To have so many residents I think they do a great job . Again cindy and I thank you all James gann

I was a patient at Chapel Ridge for over two weeks as a therapy patient and can honestly state that it doesn't get any better. The staff is first rate not only as health professionals but as human beings who are dealing with other human beings. I an only assume that the two negative reviews I read were written by the competition. I dealt with a lot of staff and thare was not a rude or indifferent one there. Hopefully when my times comes I can find such a place.

I had A TERRIBLE experience with their in-take staff, which is as far as I got. They asked what I had for insurance; and, when I said "Medicare", they said they weren't taking any Medicare patients at that time. When I said, "That's ok, I can also pay cash", they still turned me away, saying, "We are not allowed BY LAW to take cash, after we've refused your Medicare." !??! Just that, and nothing more - not even a, "Let us help you find another facility", or "Maybe we can recommend a therapist somewhere else", or even a "What seems to be the problem? Maybe we can help you find somewhere to go to get the therapy you need." They just refused to treat me, and watched as I walked away. Totally heartless and uncaring people. Thank god they couldn't take me! I wouldn't go there now, even if THEY paid ME. Stay away - all they care about is MONEY. These people have no honest compassion in their hearts for those who are suffering, they are just a bunch of soulless robots.
