Chaparral Physical Therapy

Hands down the best physical therapy place i have been in multiple states. Everyone here is amazing to work with and really focuses on YOU and what works best for you and your condition. Would have stayed forever if i could. Thank you all so much for a year+ of learning myself and my issues better.

I have been going here for months for a recurring problem. All of the people, from the front office staff to the physical therapists, have been knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. The facility is kept scrupulously clean, and the staff is contantly cleaning and disinfecting each piece of equipment after EVERY use. There is ample free parking. I would highly recommend Chaparral to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Lousy customer service rude don't take no kind of insurance very unfriendly and helpful

Avoid this place if your goal is recovery. Over 5 visits, I only saw a physical therapist for my initial assessment. Each other visit I was assigned to an unlicensed, unskilled assistant who would sit me down with some equipment, set a timer and walk off. No coaching, no monitoring and no discernable standard of care. I never saw an actual physical therapist and they still tried to bill my insurance for skilled therapy and services not provided. They also push additional services that numerous studies have shown to be ineffective. This place seems a therapy mill that is only out to take your money. Look elsewhere if you are in need of physical therapy.

Chaparral Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy that I’ve been to. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. I went in with a shoulder problem and left with it much improved. I couldn’t finish all of the treatments because I am moving out of the area. I just hope I will find physical therapy as good as Chaparral in my new location. Thank you!

Never will I go back to this place!!! Its poorly run and I felt like an animal being shuffled through a line so they can collect their dollars from my insurance company. I came in everyday and left without ever being talked to by any of the staff about my issues. Needless to say I went for PT and this was for my mid back, I went in there at 40% mobility and came out at 20%. I only was worked on 3 out of the 20 times I went in and now I have other areas of pain as a result of not being properly helped. Help yourself and DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME THERE!!!! It’s a long sometimes painful process, but the care and listening of each and every staff member is great. You only get out of it what you put into it!
