Dropped my kids 3 days before their appointment for untrue accusations. Change point refused to tell me their doctors medical Number s for a state board report. This company does not have the best interest of your children in mind! They believe moms but not dads apparently. Keep your children away from this corrupt company.

very unprofessional, unable to answer simple questions about the process I needed to go through. They seemed more worried about how they can bill you.

The people are here are very caring and have probably saved my life from some serious mental problems!! Love them all there

Dr West was very unprofessional and RUDE. He wasn't listening to what was being said which was Obvious when he repeated questions he had JUST asked with the wrong answers. He cuts you off mid sentence. He twists wording and doesn't seem to care about the individual in front of him. We are beyond disappointed with the initial visit and will NOT be returning

It seems as if patients money is the only thing that matters. It’s now been 3 times that they have told me that I wasn’t done with court ordered classes, yet each time the previous counselor would explain to me that I only needed one more class to be completed. Organization and general service of this place is horrendous, except for a few workers who actually seem to care, I would never recommend Changepoint.

My daughter had an 8:30 appointment, here we are 9:10 and still waiting. The man 'Darwin' came out spoke briefly and was totally rude.

I stop going here because I didn't like what I was told on a phone appointment through all of this stuff we're going through.When you have any kind of mental illness you should never be told you're not missing much outside.I know what I have and I can do without this place..It's about money and how much meds they think you need..I know some people need the help and it's good that you're getting but this place have wasted my time enough am not going to be someone lab mouse

They don't have real doctors just nurses that change all the time and every time they charge they want to start with same meds you already tried and failed. That's why I stopped going there. They just collect government money for nothing !
