Angela made my right shoulder work again 10 years ago, so when my left shoulder got sick I looked her up and found that she had opened up her own business in Urbandale. I immediately began treatment with Angela and Lori and am amazed at how quickly my shoulder has responded to their care. They use state of the art types of treatment and I'm very satisfied with what they've accomplished in just the first two weeks. Angela's recovery room offers a full spectrum of treatment for a wide variety of injury or health conditions and I always look forward to my appointments.

After over a year of radiating leg pain at night and extensive PT at a different provider, I had almost resigned myself to living with it. When I heard about "Neubie/Neufit" therapy at Champions, I made the decision to try again. Angie and all of the staff at Champions were great and she used multiple methods to get to the root of my pain. I am thrilled to report that I have almost no pain in my leg any longer; no more sleepless nights! I "graduated" from Champions about a month ago and am still doing well at 95-100% with no limitations on my daily activities. I am walking longer, faster and stronger all the time!

My daughter had shoulder pain for years. Angie did a mix of treatments that really helped. But also was our advocate to finally get my daughter an MRI. She's finally getting surgery in June and we will be going to Angie for her post op physical therapy!

Lauren, my physical therapist, is the best! I’ve had back issues for years and have seen many therapists, but Lauren gave me more relief than the rest of them put together. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love her!

Went to Angela twice - once for lower leg pain and another for a bad back. I like the fact that she doesn't just go through exercises, but rather teaches how to stay strong and prevent injuries. Most importantly you definitely won't feel like a number, like at one of the bigger chains!
