Champion Sports in Trussville is the place to go for your physical therapy needs. I have been on two different occasions for two different medical issues. They are very professional and provide excellent treatment plans to meet your goals. JaMike is an awesome therapist and helped me get use of my right arm after rotator cuff surgery, then later helped me gain strength and balance after my meniscus partial removal surgery. I am so blessed to have been sent there by Dr. Lemak and Dr. Moul. Thank you JaMike and Champion Sports Medicine. I recommend them highly!!!

The therapist was very thorough with her explanations of everything and all the possibilities we could consider for a successful plan of therapy. She made sure I understood everything she discussed and included me in the decisions for developing my plan.

This location is perfect for me!! Britney is super sweet and JMike is not only helpful but funny. I am enjoying getting stronger with every visit.

Preston is wonderful! She has a pleasant personality and really gives attention to detail with all her patients. We get one on one attention from her and she genuinely seems to care about our progress. The best PT Coach I’ve ever had!!!

My PT Mary was very knowledgeable with my therapy issue; and she was thorough in both her assessment and her treatment of my condition. Champion Sports Medicine-Trussville is in a great easy to find, safe location. Plenty of parking. Very courteous and helpful front desk employees. Appointment’s are on time. Private space for personal services. Clean spacious workout areas. Very calming , peaceful atmosphere. I liked the attention to detail and the follow through with consulting with my Doctor, to help me understand when, why and order things need to be done. Very organized. Therapist Mary was very knowledgeable, helpful, informative, kind and considerate.

Mikaelah Atchley, PT at Champion Sports Medicine - Trussville is wonderful and very patient and knowledgeable with my young son. She makes PT am enjoyable experience for him. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We had to go back for my other son and she was just as great and patient as the 1st time!
