Champion Rehabilitation and Health Center

My loved one recently received rehabilitation care at Champion, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and compassionate, treating my loved one with dignity and respect throughout their stay. The rehabilitation program was well-structured, and we saw steady progress thanks to the dedication of the therapists. They were encouraging and knowledgeable, helping my loved one regain strength and independence. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, with a focus on creating a warm and inviting environment. I was also impressed by the quality of the food, which looked fresh and appetizing. Overall, Champion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provided an exceptional experience. They have a genuine commitment to their residents' well-being, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking rehabilitation care for a loved one.

Impressed by the caring staff at Champion! My Aunt received great physical therapy and felt very respected during her stay.

Do NOT complain. It WILL come back and bite you. You become a pariah and pay the price.

I would really only give this place a half of a star. I went there to check on a family member and to my suprise my family member was taken too the hospital overnight, my family got No Phone call about what happened and when I asked the nurse why, All she said was "I don't know, I wasn't on duty" that was her answer to any question I had, very Disturbing. Seems they really don't care about their patients, My family member was there to get rehab to help her walk and they did nothing for her except let her lay in bed all day!! How is this facility allowed too stay open?? Please DO NOT let your Loved One stay at this place!!

Champion rehabilitation center is a really great place all the nurses are so kind and EJ the administrator is very involved with all the people in the building from patients to nurses and respiratory therapist and rehabilitation and everyone that needs help it's a great place to heal

really good customer service and care, one of the cleanest facilities i have seen. i definitely recommend this facility for your loved ones!

My mom is one of them that lives their. I went their so many time to visit my mom and she blind and cannot walk do strokes and heart attacks. They do not turn my mom over at all and ends up with sores on her bum. They shove meds in her mouth and they now she blind... I yelled at the nurse and said u need to let my mom now and tell ok I have medicine can u open up... I can't really do anything for because she has the lawyer makes the decision for her and I complain and wrote up a complaint form too....

The neglect & abuse that happens in that place is blatantly ignored. Please do not send your loved one there. Too bad I had to rate them even 1 star to be able to leave this review to warn the community.
