What a gem! I am so happy to find a center in Bantam that offers yoga! Amy is wonderful- she makes you feel very comfortable, she is so knowledgeable and patient. The space is beautiful and clean and so peaceful. I am really eager to try the meditation and Butekyo breathing classes that they offer as well. I will definitely be returning, highly recommend!

Hot Stone Massage done by Shari. A M A Z I N G!! Highly recommended, this was my first ever hot stone massage and she over exceeded my expectations. She completed the massage with a little memento. Thank You Shari!!!

I recently went to a yoga class with 2 girlfriends during our girls weekend in Litchfield. We had a great experience with Becca and felt great after our class. It was a wonderful way to start off our weekend. The space was clean and bright and mats and blocks were provided. We would highly recommend!

So grateful to be able to have the session it helped I will go back... I do recommend it to help with healing this is a part of my new beginnings I'm grateful to have found this place
