A family member is currently a patient at CNS and we feel so blessed that he is there. The program is awesome and we have seen a lot of progress. The apartments are clean and well staffed. All the staff member said I have dealt with friendly, helpful and seem to like their jobs. They have been so patient and kind. The center where they have their therapy is a beautiful complex and it has everything that you need to work towards independence. Again the staff is amazing and the patients get 5 days a week of occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, and work on coping skills.

CNS rehabilitation center was very instrumental in my daughter’s TBI recovery. Everyone is very pleasant, respectful, caring, understanding and compassionate. They were very helpful to me and willing to take time to explain the phases that my daughter would go through during her recovery process. They offer one on one counseling and group counseling for me which was very helpful. There is no way my daughter would be this far ago in her recovery without the entire CNS staff. They sent a massive amount of paperwork (homework) with my daughter after her discharge. I cannot say enough good things about the CNS facility and entire staff.

Hello, my name is Belinda baker, It's been about 5 years since I stayed there. I was released on April 12., 2018. I was there for a little over a year. At that time, I just wanted to Come home, not realizing the seriousness of my injury. The apartments Are very nice. Anyway, about a month after my last brain surgery, I Finally got to go home. I realize how important it was now. I needed The therapy and skills to learn to live my life again to the best of my Ability. I just want to thank the most important people in my recovery At the time. Karisha, Janeane, and Angie. They helped me so much. Treated me more s like a person, than just a patient. Thank you girls! The staff at CNS have been amazing and are helping me recover and re-learn how to live life. I cannot believe how caring everyone has been- they really want to help people recover! They have built an entire program that simulates my work in order to help me get back to work. Even the administration participates. It has been a truly amazing experience compared to the first year when I had no support and did not know what to do. They make a treatment plan for each person individually. I have felt more hopeful and it’s so cool to watch other patients recovering as well. I highly recommend CNS!

In my experience, what I saw now that I’m done with therapy is that they only care about collecting money from your insurance. They don’t send you to the specialists that you need to go. They just give you the runaround telling you that you that prescription glasses will relieve all your of your symptoms. They run the same program for everybody and a lot of therapies waste a lot of time. Case manger doesn’t care about your requests, he just cares about keeping you in there for more therapy. Some of the therapies do help with your brain injury but I think they only care about keeping you there for the money.

CNS is a great facility but with that in mind I felt that my only quam was the fact that the patients or clients feelings were insignificant and the only people that mattered was the "legal" team. That seems like a good thing but the lawyers aren't the ones recovering. I had a amazing experience at CNS but it felt like it was orchestrated for the employees enjoyment not mine. Not one day went by without a Louis Vuitton swinging around or a new pair of diamond earrings flashing. omg Katy are those diamonds real? If you want support with recovery these are the best of the best. Money is what mattered not me as a person

"My son has been at CNS for just nine weeks and has made remarkable progress." He has a TBI and serious physical injuries from a car accident. The physical and emotional care he has received from the CNS staff has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff is highly professional, compassionate and very well trained to provide all aspects of our son’s care. The support for family members has been excellent and most welcomed. This situation is a new world for me and his family and CNS has provided an environment for our son to recover his full potential. We are incredibly relieved to know he is being carefully cared for and is where he needs to be in order to gain his life back. CNS has our family’s highest rating.

Am in patient here. Most of staff are friendly and as expected it’s a mixed bag especially on the night crew. Administration and management are literally impossible to get in front of and forget about getting a concern or issue addressed. They treat you like a child one minute then a prisoner the rest of the time. I wish I had the option to choose another facility to care for me however I cannot so I’m stuck here. It is very clear that the 5 star reviews are mostly if not all staff take them with a large grain of salt.
