CVRC in Visalia has been a huge support to our family for nearly 40 years. They were the first agency we reached out to when our son was born. Over the years they have been advocates, and have provided services that have enhanced his life. Our experience with CVRC has been very positive and we are appreciative, as a family, for the counselors and supervisors that we have met along the way.

A worker Rosa told me my son can’t be in diapers forever. I know my son’s disability rights and have also been advocating for him and since he got diagnosed with autism. For this lady to say this when I am actively potty training him is insane. She should be reprimanded. She also told me he doesn’t need a stroller because he can walk 🤣. Also did not help with a AAC speech device.

I enjoy working at CVRC, my supervisor is very nice and cares about me and everyone around her. I'm sorry some have had bad experiences, but the people here are very friendly and professional, I can tell by looking at them they havevgood hearts that are open to their clients and Co workers

Horrible, unprofessional organization. They only want to take the money from the clients but not offer the services. High staff turnover rate means no consistency in the help your suppose to receive

My child is 2 and got referred by her doctor becuase she needs serious help and I called and Linda R denied the refferal I feel descriminated by the words she said honestly I dont reccomend this place

Would definitely give 0 stars if i could horrible customer service i missed their phone call they left a voicemail i returned the call left my information and nothing no call back been calling all day since friday after that missed call and no one will return or answer my call, even missed todays appointment because i couldn’t get the appointment confirmation.
