Stay away from this place this is just a money, Mill, and a pill mill. They cancel and reschedule your appointment for the same thing numerous time over just so they could charge insurance company. Two nurse practitioners there seem to be extremely unprofessional and only focus on generating money and not taking care of people just by the way to cancel and reschedule the same appointment over and over. On two occasions I was there right by the exit door I’ve seen cockroaches on the ground. Stay away from this place.

I went to my 1st appt. I have never had a better one. They are very compassionate . The doctor was very understanding and listened to what I had to say.

I have not only back issue but other issues I am waiting to see specialist for. My primary and gastro specialist also are within a group who do not prescribe pain meds. I was sent to another pain place in manyeca and they do not prescribe pain meds. I was finally refered to pain management. I went in with medication in my system. Told the doctor this before I ever tested very first appointment. I could see if I was under contract with them. But no I was red flagged and told there's nothing they can do. My husband works 6sm to 3:30 pm it's not feasible to go to the er every few days to get pain medication. Not only that if you are going there every few days than you will be labeled drug seeking. I am not going to give up the friend who helped me overcome pain management while I was trying to get the referals and appointments. I'm not saying that's the right way. But when a person is trying to do the right thing and get there own script so they can do it the right way and be turned down it's wrong. If I had signed a contract with you and than showed up with something else not mine in my system than absolutely cut me off. But it was very first appointment and no contracts had been signed. I'm being sent to specialists for a current situation. It's not just the back problems. Which ate severe enough themselves. . I had been on pain medication many years but my primary fired me for no related issue. I was left reeling and finding a doctor to deal with pain meds is very hard. You have to go to appointments and if you do not care for that new doctor you have to wait a month to see the next new doctor. You find one you like he has to refer to get images to get you to pain clinic this all takes months. I'm sorry I could not handle the pain. And someone helped me. That person should not be punished for showing human kindness. I should not be punished not being under contract. On my very first appointment.

I did my consultation and we decided on a treatment but there was a problem with insurance approval. After sorting out the insurance issue I called and left 8 messages with the referral department over the course of two months but never got an answer or a call back. Two months after that I had given up and was already seeing a different doctor when I got a call saying they had to reschedule the appointment for my treatment due to scheduling issues. Not only was I never informed of this appointment in the first place but that was three weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about the new appointment.

I have been seeing Dr Cadena for about a year now and she is the most caring and respectful Doctor. She listens and is very compassionate. Thank you Dr. Cadena for taking wonderful care of my pain management. Thank you, Madelynn Lathrum

First appointment for my husband and we are ALREADY having an issue. Spent over an hour filling out all the stupid, mostly useless paperwork. Funny how they didn't ONCE mention a urine sample would have to be done BEFORE he could see the doc. MAYBE had we known this he wouldn't have peed BEFORE we came! So now we have to wait! Dr. Rhoades was great but the preliminary "stuff" was slightly ridiculous. Why did we spend over an hour filling out the paperwork only to finally be led into a room and have someone input everything we had submitted into a laptop? Seems redundant and a wast of our time.. when we questioned it we were told that these sames questions would be asked at every appointment. I can understand asking about a pain level but not the same routine stuff that probably came over from our referring doc and that we submitmitted when filling out the paperwork.....and submitted AGAIN when having to repeat it for computer input. Again, complete waste of time. We had no issue with the doc but the office procedures need some work.

I have been with this office, sadly, for almost a decade. Never have I had a single problem. Problems do arise as with any medical office but have always been handled professionally and promptly. Even when I've called desperate because of a surgery or broken bones. I've never been treated with any disrespect. As long as you have a legit pain issue and are willing do the work to help yourself; they will all be your best advocate. I've never felt rushed or unheard. I highly recommend Dr Rhoades and his friendly staff to new patients.

I see the Dr's or their staff every 3 months and have been very pleased. They are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than others, but always within reason. At the same time I never feel rushed through my visit, as I have with other Dr's I have seen, which have been many over the years. Thank you for your caring.
