Central Valley Medical Center

I interviewed here today. The woman interviewing me was super nice and friendly. I would gladly work for her; HR however is a different story. He was very condescending and just gave me an overall bad vibe. Seems like HR needs an HR.

Terrible communication from their staff. I still haven’t heard from them about the results of an MRI and I’m getting billed for it. I’ve called several times and they always transfer my call to someone else who doesn’t return my calls after I leave a message.

Good food. Good price. The scrambled eggs aren't so hot. Poured from a box, I presume. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Quiet atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Many choices for drink flavorings.

If you have an emergency don't call and ask them if you can fill at a different pharmacy my daughter was life flighted to primary children's and I called and asked a receptionist if they could call a few days worth of meds to a pharmacy up there doctor got the total wrong information she was told I was out of my meds and I was fired and told I can't see any doctors in nephi cause i said the whole situation was worthless

Doctor Jones is amazing and knows how to work with people really well, the nurse Bailey took very great care of my wife along with the other staffs that were there for the night shift. They were very patient, understanding, and very professional with how they handled things. I know I can count on them for any medical reasons, 10/10 would recommend!

I started going to CVMC because of Dr. Skinner. He is hands down the BEST OB. He has delivered three of my four babies and two of those at CVMC. We have always had amazing experiences here with every department. I’ve been through radiology and the lab. I’ve dealt with financial aid, OB and pediatric staff. The labor and delivery nurses and staff are the absolute best. I have cSection babies so I always am in the hospital a bit longer. The anesthesiologists that have worked with me are great. Every person we have come in contact with is so kind and caring and professional. We travel from Richfield to this facility and I will keep doing so because of the wonderful care!

Every single person that took care of me on my stay was outstanding. It is the best hospital experience I've ever had. The nurses down to the ones who brought me my meals were outstanding. I felt like I was among people who cared. Other hospitals could learn a lot from how Centrral Valley Medical Center operates. Great place.

We have loved every experience with CVMC. They have taken such good care of us with whatever we have needed. I have been seeing Dr. Skinner for the last several months for my pregnancy and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an OB! Dr. Karasch has done both of my husbands shoulder surgeries and has been great to work with! He has a great bedside manner and been great to work with.
