Central Physical Therapy is an outstanding place! My dad did a knee replacement surgery in December and came to physical therapy with a walker. After 6 months of doing physical therapy, he has gone from a walker to a cane to being able to walk on his own. The staff members at central physical therapy are the sweetest, most kind people you will meet. They are so flexible with hours, times and always willing to do anything for you! I would definitely recommend this place for any type of physical therapy you may need. My dad gives them 1000 stars!

I’m a NYC firefighter and have used Central physical therapy to recover from i juries sustained on the job. David and his staff have been tremendous at getting me healthy and back to work. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. David and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to exercises and treatment and how to approach each issue. I highly recommend them for your next physical therapy needs. They will get you feeling healthy and stronger.

David and his team at Central PT are stellar. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and simply know what they are doing. I stopped in Central PT a few weeks ago, after I injured myself while training for the NYC Marathon. David and his team went immediately to work, diagnosed my issues, and came up with a plan to get me as ready as I could be for race day. Not only did David and his team do everything they could to get me back in stride and ready for the race, but they gave me the confidence I needed to give it a shot. My new goal was to log as many miles as I could at a manageable pace, and the miracle work that David and his team did for me helped me get to the finish line just mere minutes over the goal time I had set even before injuring myself. As a retired physician, I have to report , my experience as a patient of Central Physical Therapy. Was very impressive! David, Dawn & their staff are pleasant, professional, & very effective. They actually make you look forward to your workout, knowing you will feel much better & continue to get stronger. David Berger and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Two days before a Half Ironman triathlon, I was experiencing some pains in my neck, back and shoulder and he was able to identify and resolve the issues very quickly. I left his office feeling a great deal of relief and he worked me into his busy schedule on short notice. He also provided a significant amount of advice and coaching to me, as it related to my injury, training, and preparation for my upcoming triathlon. About a month and a half ago, I had a skiing accident and twisted my left knee. The MRI test revealed a torn ACL and meniscus damage. My orthopedic surgeon advised me to undergo physical therapy before surgery. After receiving the PT prescription, I read numerous Google reviews and ultimately chose Central Physical Therapy Associates for my rehabilitation. As of today, I have completed exactly twenty sessions. I'm incredibly grateful for choosing them because my recovery has been much better than I anticipated. I will definitely recommend Central Physical Therapy Associates to every friend in need of PT. When I first arrived at Central Physical Therapy Associates in early February, my left knee was swollen and very painful. David informed me that reducing swelling was the top priority and provided targeted training. After 13 sessions, my knee swelling completely subsided, and I could also walk without crutches, which pleased my orthopedic surgeon as he saw I was well-prepared for surgery. Post-surgery, my doctor prescribed new PT sessions and advised me to engage in as many PTs as possible. So, on the third day after surgery, I returned to Central Physical Therapy Associates and have been attending sessions every workday since. I've been pleasantly surprised by the results. Each day, my knee bends further than the previous day, and I can participate in more training activities. Yesterday (day 10 post-surgery/6th PT session), I even discovered that I could walk slowly without crutches, feeling no pain or discomfort at all! In addition to the professionalism of David and his team, I must mention that they are all incredibly nice and humorous. Every training session is filled with laughter and camaraderie, making it feel like a big family. This feeling is simply wonderful.
