Came here with a sprained ankle. Could not have asked for a better, more comprehensive service. The orthopedic office upstairs is where I started. Doctors were knowledgeable, precise, confident. From the outcome, I know their judgement was spot on. While other urgent cases I went to seemed unsure, Dr Keschner here was confident it was a sprain, not re-fracture. The recovery proved him right. 2 weeks later - I graduated from upstairs to the physical therapy downstairs. This is where I was really impressed. They were - as the team goes - firm but gentle. I spent just over an hour of active work in each session, 2 sessions a week. Every time I would do all I did before, and then 4 new exercises. The physical therapy sessions took me into recovery much faster than I was doing just by rest and relaxation. I’m really thankful to the entire practice for treating my injury end to end. Needless to say - COVID precautions are taken well, to the point of new pens for each patient, contact tracing forms, and temperature scans.

Horrible, my husband had an MRI on his knee three and a half weeks ago and they still have not called with the results. They had no issues charging and getting paid from our insurance company, but service was not completed. Moreover, they are not responding to my husband’s requests for a call back. Go elsewhere if you want your tests results!!! I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. This is not excusable!

Dr Checo is the best Dr. I ever had. He's very empathic, helpful and did a great job on all my surgeries. I love my dr.

Dr. Daniel Seidman is less skilled than he sells himself as. I agree with the other reviews: At FIRST he starts off with attentive bedside manners, but then he quickly turns into an arrogant, dismissive, disrespectful, orthopedic surgeon with a God-complex. His rushed, fly-by appointments left me with more questions than answers. As I was trying to understand what he’d do to correct the mistake of a podiatrist who previously messed up my bunionectomy surgeries, Dr. Seidman told me to “stop talking.” But because I was in a desperate situation, I made the mistake of trusting Dr. Seidman with my care. After a grueling 3 month recovery, nothing had improved! I went through hell with his many rescheduled appointments, all for nothing. Be sure to do a deeper Google search of his time in NYC at Northwell Health/Lenox Health/Greenwich Village (where I saw him in 2021).

DO NOT GO HERE! This place used to be great and I don’t know what happened. I have been a patient since I was a child, so about 20 years now, and never had any issues until I injured my back in a car accident back in 2019. Staff are rude and unresponsive or they harass you when they want something from you. Mistakes are constantly being made in the office and it is almost impossible to get a hold of someone to fix the issues. Departments do no communicate with each other leaving patients frustrated. You’re appointments will be cancelled last minute and when they are able to get you in for an appointment it’ll be about 40 minutes waiting in the waiting room. Once the treatment of my back is finished I will never use this office again.

Staff is awful- rude and lazy- mess up so much and blame “new people”. Why are you putting new people alone when mngm or seniors are chatting on the side. Screwed my appt. 3x made me drive so much extra than I needed. Dr barbash- worst doctor ever- look up his name and see his reviews He took me as a joke from my car accident, & prescribed me too high dosage of medication. Never once sent me for X-ray or cat scans I lawyered up- to be taken serious with professionals- I am destroyed inside from my no fault accident. DESTROYED. Don’t go here at the f*^% all, he doesn’t care and makes me wonder if his license is real. Also- doesn’t treat everyone equal. I hear the excitement next door to me Betty or mr Goldstein the other side all high pitches excited to see his patient I get a Sharkey hello and staring at his clipboard Never in my Life have I ever felt like a doctor is taking my $$ and doesn’t care for the help ***run and the previous reviewer feels the same ****.

First time patient I visited the massapequa office. I had first appointment in the morning. The office was clean and seemed to run efficiently. After filing initial paperwork I was seen promptly and had x rays and saw the doctor with 20 minutes. Doctor was professional and knowledgeable of my issue and sent me for further nerve testing. I will follow up as I more experiences with this office however based on initial visit I would recommend it .

Dr. Robert Carter is really one of the most awesome physicians I’ve ever encountered! He’s friendly/witty, he’s very smart/sharp; he truly listens to his patient for their collaborative thoughts on their treatment! He’s just plain “good people” and I feel lucky to know him for our families’ orthopedic needs. Dr Carter’s staff reflects the kind of person he is: kind and professional! I bet he’s great with kids too! A++
