Eva from Physical Therapy is AMAZING! She assisted me with rehabilitation for my neck and back. She does her best to make sure you understand the movements for each exercise and will be sure that you do them correctly to prevent further injury. She shares tips and tricks for you to use in everyday life which was super helpful in getting me back to 100% mobility. I really can’t thank her enough :)

If I could give them a zero, I would. It said 24 hours, but no one is there. I went in side waited over 15 min no one came. I even called, but no one answered. I was able to take photos of their fancy office smh. It said NO OVERTIME!! It looked like someone was there , there were 3 cars soo.

A special thank you to the dedicated physical therapist Eva, who has provided exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of attentiveness through my mental health and physical recuperation. Eva is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back, the front staff are NOT awesome to deal with, they have a lot of microaggression. That being said my 5 stars is specifically for the physical therapy. If I would write a review for the front office I would collectively give them a 3 star just an FYI.

FieldPrint service: The appointments have no meaning in this place. I was 25 min early for my appointment and still had to sit nearly an hour to get finger print. The staff definitely did not care even if i told them i had to go to work. Instead gave me attitude, eye rolling and said “just sit! I dont know when your turn is” If no one knows when my turn is, then why making an appointment and charging people for rescheduling? Absolutely horrible experience. Businesses go down for a reason. This field print office is an abusive place. Go in to get insulted just because you ask why i havent been called an hour after my appointment. The worst customer service.

If you work for a transportation company and want to use this place to take your ransoms, DON’T GO. Due to their lack of experience and lack of integrity a contractor who holds a CDL license is now being reported and is also being terminated from his company. This location wouldn’t take responsibility for a newly ill trained receptionist who advised the contractor he was okay to leave the premises. If you work in a position that has to schedule random drug/alcohol test for your contractors/employees, I would not recommend this site. Thank you for your time.

The staff was super nice, and informative. The wait was minimal, got in and out for a drug screen in less than 30mins, unlike other places I’ve been to. The clinic is really nice and new looking.

I highly recommend if you have an injury of any sort and need physical therapy go see Eva! She is very kind and understanding and takes pride in her work and makes sure you are get better. Thank you Eva for everything!

Came in at 10 for an employment urine drug screening. Leaving at 12. Waited for 2 hours for a test that was done in less than 10 minutes.
