Worst customer service ever. The girl at the desk was almost in tears as she looked "overwhelmed" at her job. Didnt know anything about anything. And then refused to give service because of how many people were already waiting. Please fire this girl, this sucks at her job

this place is literally the worst. 2nd drug tests ive done here, not by choice. and over an hour wait both times. like im literally here to pee in a cup and leave. yall suck.

Horrible service.. they said i need an authorozation form to get a DOT physical for MEC renewal. First advantage is the company I used to schedule the appt with COMP said that i dont need an authorization form. These people dont know what they are doing.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. Always behind schedule. Staff never knows when the Dr will be back. Had a check up for 2:30pm and been here since 4:30pm.

Came to get drug tested & extremely long wait! 2hrs for a drug test! Super frustrating never been to a place that takes more than 10mins! I would avoid this place as much as possible clearly not doing their job!

Don’t come here! Worst place EVER!! the staff is very unprofessional and rude! The Dr. Has the worst attitude and doesn’t let you talk. I don’t understand how they are even employed. DOT took 4 hours here. Dr Claiming I have high blood pressure and I’ve had no history or family history but of course it was high! I sat there for 2 hrs frustrated and with this hostile environment what do you expect? I requested to be re-tested and Dr refused. So she refused to renew my DOT even with a 1 year . Horrible Dr!! I came home 20 mins later checked my blood and as you can see below I’m ok. Receptionist Arlene or Eileen is a sweet lady who doesn’t deserve to work with the staff that’s placed at this clinic. I’m looking into filing a complaint with the BBB and corporate.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I’ve come there’s an extremely long wait but I figured they were just busy. This last time I went I was the first available appointment even the front desk said they haven’t seen anyone so I should be seen rather quickly. Apparently the Dr was running a bit late which usually isn’t a problem things happen. Not until an hour later they told me that he was going to be late another half hour passed by and he finally saw me just to tell me he’s going to discharge me. I waited a total of one hour and 45 minutes for me to have a 20 second conversation with him. These Drs are a joke.

I have to go here by random call for the next few months and I used to go to other test locations in OC and I’ve tried going to the riverside comp and had not that great experiences. But here is always a breeze. Good employees especially the girl with black hair and made testing less dreadful
