Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (H Street Clinic)

Honestly horrible service, don't go here, doctor had absolutely no clue how to talk to patients, she kept saying how it could be one thing but it couldn't because of other symptoms, there's was still a possibility it could be that but again it probably wasn't. She did this for various explanations as to what it could be to the point that it was just exhausting keeping up with what she was saying. Even after labs she could not give a conclusive diagnosis and she ended up telling me that my vitamin D was low but that it has nothing to do with my back pain. Staff is completely unprofessional specially the doctor, only one person of their staff was professional and sadly I forgot her name. Overall, horrible service, I won't be going back here. I'm truly confused as to why they are a health clinic

Horrible place they don’t care about the patients. They only have one doctor who’s completely unprofessional he made racist remarks that he thought were funny and he touched my husbands infection without washing his hands with his bare hands! No gloves or mask then still didn’t wash his hands afterwards. He didn’t listen to anything we had to say nor did the nurses there they ignore you and make you wait for hours even with an appointment because they’re always backed up. We waited almost two hours before being seen by the doctor with an appointment, then for him to not listen to our concerns.

Been here twice and every time i had an appointment i had to wait between 2 to 3 hours to be seen. The ultrasound that i had at 16 weeks was very basic nothing explained noting told i dont even know if the baby is developing ok. I totaly regret coming here.if i could rate 0 i would.

The doctor will need you dry. To get physical therapy they sent me yo awful place-10 degrees, 2 hours, gown. Jerky tech. Very stressful. I ended up in the hospital after meeting doctor. Now doctor is refudjng to do referral unless I keep coming back.

This is very bad clinic! Bad service, the ladies on the front desk very unprofessional, they don't know-how to scanned and process insurance card. Never pass any massage to the Doctor nurse. Why we have them working their. Because low wages? Please hire real professionals their are putting a bad reputation to your clenic.

Worse clinic in San Bernardino they couldn't schedule my husband's appointment just because he couldn't remember his old number. That's ridiculous I've never heard of anything like that people go through numbers. D.O.B was provided and address and he still couldn't help.

Nobody cares in this clinic I had appointment but still waited for more than 3hrs without seeing the doctor! This facility is a waste of govt resources it’s not helping at all and shld be closed down.... the staffs too work with attitude!.. shame on them All!

Honestly can’t even pick up the phone for whatever reason no direct line to speak to the front desk and as far as getting records forget it I would Never come back here or recommend it.
