I received excellent, compassionate and professional care from the time I arrived for my surgery until I left. The facility is amazing. I can’t single one person out because everyone I encountered treated me special. Thank you for making a stressful event so much easier to endure.

If you’re in need of a knee replacement, in particular, I highly recommend Dr. Jamison Kay. He has replaced both my knees in the last year, the surgery And the recovery has gone smoothly. He and his staff are top quality and very professional.
Everyone there has treated me great. All 3 times I've had to receive therapy. Melanie is the kindest receptionist I've ever met.
The CIO staff members are amazing. They listen to my concerns and determine the best steps to proceed. I work with Phil, who does a great job explaining how to do each exercise and what I should be doing at home between visits.
I can't say enough about the staff. This time around, complete knee replacement, I am blessed to have Courtney working with me. Very thankful for her. She knows what she's doing and literally helps you every step of the way.
Dylan was my first physical therapist He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and clearly explained the exercises I was asked to do. I received a print out of exercises to do at home. He was very encouraging.
I had surgery with Dr Kay to clean up a torn meniscus. From the visit with Dr Carter for initial treatment, to the surgeon for him to diagnose i my issue and plan what to do, to the day of the surgery, they both answered my questions thoroughly and as a nurse myself, i am the kind of patient that has lots of questions. I’ve had other surgeries and let’s be honest, surgeons can be nasty, self-absorbed creatures. I can fully assure i got none of that kind of attitude from Dr Kay. He was friendly, took a thorough history and asked a lot of details about my symptoms. I have a history of issues with anesthesia and he also listened to the details and my fears/concerns about that and let me know when i could speak with the anesthesiologist. The surgery was completed and my anesthesia issues were handled very well. I’ve also been to a follow up Physical Therapy appointment and my therapist Dylan was kind, professional and even worked an hour early just to fit me in. The office staff at the doctor’s front desk and at PT have also been kind and easy to work with.
Initial visit outlined an approach to correct my leg issue. Visit was helpful for home exercises. Very thorough initial visit.
