At first, it was great, but then they stopped showing my Mother and I respect! The name should be Central Florida Low Quality Care or Central Florida No Quality Care! Because they just don't care! All they seem to care about is meeting a quota or collecting insurance payments for doing the bare minimum! The nurse showed up on a Saturday without an appointment! She claimed she texted first, but it turns out she texted only minutes before she showed up and "told" me she was coming instead of being respectful and asking! I spoke with the Administrator, and they claim that they have a policy stating that the home health care workers are supposed to call 2 hours before to "ask" if they can come and not just show up without an appointment! It would be nice if that policy was enforced! My Mother did not feel comfortable with the male physical therapist, so I requested a female physical therapist instead, and she shows up over 40 minutes late! She did not bother to call us. I had to text and ask if she was coming! My Mom likes to eat every day at 5:00 PM, and she is a brittle Diabetic and the Physical Therapist in inconsiderate and expects her to exercise during her meal time! Not to mention the fact that her glucose was too low! How can you expect a patient to exercise while suffering from hypoglycemia? Another Therapist is either out on vacation or too booked up and has very few slots available, and my Mom has so many Doctor's appointments, and it is difficult to get our schedules to line up! It is really not working out for us, as the Therapists think that they can come and go as they please without sticking to a schedule of any kind! They do not respect us or our time! They expect to come when they feel like it instead of when it is convenient for us! When I called to discharge my Mother from their care, they did not even bother to ask why or what they could do better! This shows that it is all about the money, not providing "good quality care" to the patients under their care! These so-called health care workers are rude, disrespectful and borderline abusive to the elderly! Elders deserve respect! Unless you want and like health care workers coming in and out of your home whenever they feel like it, being rude, disrespectful and perhaps even abusive, I do not recommend this agency for you or your loved one!

Worst experience ever! They hurt my mother. The doctor is writing a formal complaint. They had six visits approved - came three times and then stopped coming - no show no call. Said there were no more visits. They also said they ordered supplies but we never even got a band aid from them. I wonder if this company should be investigated for Medicare fraud. Something isn’t right from the receptionist to the owner. They do not care about the patient!

Worst company ever, very unprofessional, the nurse they sent out for my sister is very unprofessional. Very rude. My sister has a drainage catheter that needs drained every other day. Christmas Day 12/25/2022 is the next time it needs done. The nurse stated she does not work holidays, then said she will not be here on Monday because it also is a holiday. When I called the office to complain about her. They hung up on me. They do not care about their client or the danger they put them in. What the office should have done is , schedule another nurse to come out.

Unprofessional, irresponsible and horrible provider. They sent my bills to the wrong insurance and then the collection agency. The manager dodged my calls and refused to send the corrected bills to me directly. I had the most unpleasant experience with their collection agency. Never had this type of nightmare with any providers before.

Staff they sent was good. However paying my invoice has been painful. There is no one who will answer a billing question. Get told someone will call back, never happens. Over and over. Not sure how they expect to get paid.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every single time I called the agency they were extremely rude and gave me unwarranted attitude when asking basic questions. HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE THEIR AGENCY

This is the most unprofessional company that I made a call to ask for services. She answered the phone in the rudest manner and was very unhelpful. Waste of time. Quality Care Services? This name is a joke. I would never leave my love ones in their care.

You have an agent named Christina that isn’t doing her job properly. She is giving false information and seems as if she doesn’t want to look anything up. I have spoken to her many times from a PCP office.
