The main therapist Lee was a bit rude and had an arrogant demeanor with a chip on his shoulder - for absolutely no reason. A moody man. He snapped at one of the young girls who worked for him while I was there and it was an unprofessional as well as toxic environment.
They were kind and attentive, and I was given exercises that were based on my specific needs. I could tell right away that the staff was knowledgeable (my assessment was similar to what the orthopedic doctor had said, but with more detail). I could tell the exercises were working, and I came out stronger and with much less pain overall than when I went in. While there, I was asked and checked to make sure the exercises were not causing any physical strain or injury, and I was advanced with weights, bands, etc as therapy continued. I was given exercises that are easy to perform at home, and o highly recommend this place for physical therapy.
My daughter is seen my Lee and his team. Everyone is sweet and welcoming. My daughter looks forward to her appointments because she feels so much better after seeing them. Thanks guys!! We appreciate you!
Lee & his crew helped me with every situation I had, which was a lot. We have moved out of state but will always be thankful for their services. Highly recommend to anyone for ANYTHING. I don't think they could help with my aquiles (?) pain but they did & have not had a problem since!
Avoid at all costs. They broke two screws on my left leg bone plate that I had operated on a month earlier by putting weights on my left ankle. The not so funny thing is I went in to treat my RIGHT hip pain. My doctor said they shouldn't have touched my left leg at all. I have to live knowing I have two broken screws in my leg unless I have another operation to take them out. These people don't know what they are doing.
Very helpful team. I had ankle surgery and have made a full recovery. Thank you Lee and friends!
Went here and was floored by the way the "owner" treated not only myself but other patients including his employees. NEVER will i go back. Horrible business
