Doctor Johns has been my doctor since he began practicing with Dr. Baumann. I can honestly say he is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable and extremely competent at everything he has done for me. He has been giving me ablations on my back and neck over the years. All have been very successful. Dr Johns explains everything he is doing as he is about to do it. I feel very relaxed and confident that he is going to make my pain be gone when I leave his room and it always is true. Because of him I don’t need and prescription pain medicine and that’s very important to me.

I love the racket they got going on here what an absolute sham they will dump you and drop your case. If you don’t follow there procedures on getting injections because that’s where they make their money. If you actually need help with pain, don’t go there because they won’t prescribe you any medicine because they don’t make money off the medicine. They only make it off the injections so hopefully they can invent a better pill, better medicine and put these guys out of business

Dr was great with my injections. I was 7 minutes late to my apt and they would not see me. I was totally out of medication, they left me high and dry. Front office staff was not caring or helpful. I had never been late to any of my apts. It they claimed that I was. I fired them on the spot. Do not go to this office!! They do not understand real pain mgt.

I was referred to Central Arizona Pain Institute after trying everything to get knee pain relief . After 12 total right/left surgeries, they introduced me to Genicular (Knee) Nerve Radiofreqquency Alblation. I completed the simple, painless process yesterday on one knee, and walked out pain-free. The left is next. Dr. Johns is an excellent Doctor. Very patient explaining everything. His assistant, Larry is the friendliest person I have ever met in a medical environment. The entire staff from front office to medical assistants have been very helpful getting quick appointments and filing insurance. My wife has her first appointment in a few days!!! I highly recommend them for any Pain Management issues.

My husband initially received conscientious and good treatment for his pain issues. Over the past year he has had 2 minute Telemed calls with an assistant who asks about his pain level, remarks “that’s too bad”, then fills a prescription. He hasn’t seen Dr Bauman in ages. The clinic just seems to push pills now.

I have been with Dr. Baumann for almost 12 years. Since it was just him and one assistant. He and his staff are the best. Amelia is a joy to see when you go in for an injection she takes the best care of you. Doc is always friendly and takes the time to make sure you know what is happening and explains all aspects to you. Never to busy to just visit and see how you are doing.

I have been suffering for 20 years. Needless to say I've been to many doctors searching for some to help me. I went on Aug. 2 meet Dr. Johns.withun 48 hours he did a procedure no one had ever offered. I was 80% pain free for an hour and a half. I cried. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT ARIZ NA PAIN CLINIC .❤😊

Dr. Anacaya provides the caring, listening, informative service that I thought was all but extinct. She epitomizes what all doctors should be. She is smart, respectful, and effective - I cannot say enough. She and the staff shredded insurance red tape and I was on the books for a procedure that will finally relieve neck pain I've endured for over two years.
