If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I called the nurse on Thursday and stated I need help for my Mom. She stated it was no need for her to come out. I had to turn my Mom over to Hospice on Friday. I made a mistake choosing Center Well. I hope others do not make the same mistake.
Jamie and Beth have been AMAZING!!! They have been wonderful to work with. Even though I am getting discharged soon, after my 2nd back surgery I will be calling CenterWell again and doing my home therapy with them.
I had p.t.with carol let me tell you she is fabulous she helped me overcome some fears i had and didn't even realize it. She is also super nice and listens when you ask her things.i also had a wound nurse cheryl very nice lady gentle when working on my wound and answering my questions i would also like to say that jema and yvonne were very informative,nice and all ladies were very professional
My mom’s services from Centerwell are always professional and caring. Whether it’s PT, nurse services or OT, the services are always delivered with care and compassion. Not only do they care about my mom they’re always educating her on why it’s important for her to take care of herself, how to take care of herself and how to be healthy. We appreciate Centerwell and their caring staff. Beth, with PT is AMAZING‼️
The mobile nursing & therapist services r amazing! Very easy to schedule & coordinate visit times for my elderly parent!
The nurses and staff are great, just wish they could fix my mother-in-laws attitude.
Beth was wonderful. My father really enjoyed her. He didnt mind doing his exercises for her. PT helped him feel better. And Diane was also great. Thank you to both off them. We appreciated everything they did for our dad.
