I have always had prompt service from the nurses or the physical therapist that arrive at my home. They are knowledgeable and personable. Jamie does a fabulous muscle massage. She really gets in there deep. Bettina and Stacy And Jennifer have been big helps to me.

Bettina is doing a fantastic job with my wife, it is a long hard road because chemo meds make her weak, but the therapy is definitely helping! I would recommend Center Well to anyone who needs Physical Therapy or anything else they do.

All the Centerwell staff are excellent and caring. The answered any questions and were quick to respond. Our Nurse, Theresa was excellent, a wealth of information and a godsend to us. Our Physical Therapy person was very good as well.

My husband didn’t want to have PT. After meeting & being taught with his therapist, he actually looks forward to his time with her gaining his strength back.

The nurse that was sent, was very personable and contacted me over the phone before she was to arrive at my house. However, no one contacted me about the physical therapy visits, no one contacted me at all. I was never really sure about what she was entitled to as far as services. I am my mother's main caregiver and I tried reaching out to no avail. Family members need to know what's going on.

These people are very professional and very, very friendly!! I jusr had a shower with my shower aide and we laughed the entire time!! I would highly recommend them all!!

Uncaring and very unprofessional nurses. Tried to cancel my visit and I called and left a voicemail for my nurse and she admitted that she just got ready to go and left and did not check her voicemails. I also called the office and spoke with the answering service and they sent a email to her and she also admitted that she never checked her emails before she left the house. When I called and spoke with the answering service they transferred me to the triage nurse and the triage nurse acted and gave the attitude that she was too busy to deal with it. Never use this company and I am filing a complaint with my Medicare insurance company over this. Melissa is very unprofessional and very unorganized. Plus I get the feeling she is just going through the motions and I have not even seen her face to face as of yet, just dealing with her over the phone.
