If I could give ZERO zero stars I absolutely would. We are actually in the process of reporting this agency to the State, for gross negligence and disregard for patients safety. One of their therapy providers almost literally caused my mom to go into heart failure due to their incompetence and gross disregard for patient safety. If you care about your loved ones at ALL, stay far far away from this agency.

They do not do COVID-19 testing on their employees. All they do is a temperature check and ask if they are feeling sick. This is almost completely worthless for determining whether they are infectious, since many infected people are asymptomatic. This is especially bad for the vulnerable people who are most of their clientele. We declined to have them visit us.
