Stephanie & Richard are very nice & friendly . They help My Mother-n-law with her balance .Plus just getting her motivate to get up and move…We didn’t see her nurse much(which is Good ) but she was very nice also. It’s been a God send for me and my husband.

I love Mrs. Angela my physical therapist she has done an amazing job on getting me back on my feet and walking again. I don’t think I could have got a better person to help me. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. 😍🥰 I also like Ms. Susan my speach therapist she has done a really good job and I would also recommend her. I’m glad I chose center well for my home health therapy. I would recommend this company to anyone they are awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with CenterWell. Tori and Tamicia were great! They were knowledgeable, informative and very thorough with my care. They made sure I understood what was needed to keep me functioning at my best.

I have been using this agency for years. It's changed names but the quality of care is outstanding. I have been taught to Stan, walk, and use my arms and and be emotionally comfortable and well.i am currently under your excellent care to learn to walk and use arms and legs and balance my body.Bravo!!!

Nurses,physical therapist, all called day before to let u know about next day visit making it possible to plan. All were caring, patient,friendly.

My grandmother has been treated horribly since being referred to this agency. Our family is deeply disappointed. Per her doctor, my grandmother’s leg must be wrapped every 3 days. Last week, the nurse came a day late. When she arrived, she claimed that she didn’t have the materials she needed and was not given the proper instructions. This week, the agency is late again and said they didn’t know my grandmother’s leg needs to be wrapped. They still have not come as of 1:00 pm as I’m typing this message. My grandmother has been waiting since 8:00 am. She has not been given proper notice on either occasion, which has resulted in her waiting at home hoping that someone will come even if they don’t. When my mother called last week to complain, she was rudely told by the receptionist that she is simply the receptionist. She’s not a nurse. When my grandmother tried to complain about the service she’s received, she was told that she is not their only patient. I am appalled to hear that an elderly woman was spoken to so harshly and we will be sure to notify her doctor that this agency has been highly insensitive and unprofessional. Should my grandmother’s condition worsen due to this agency’s negligence, we will also be taking legal action as well.

They were like getting visits from family members.. I'm gonna miss Ms Tamika,, she was almost like my baby sister to me..

Waste of resources. Especially the social worker I was being thrown out of my apartment after only one month. I was just recovering from a pulmonary embolism. I BEGGED the nurse and the "social worker" to help. She told me she was in Florida and only worked one day a week. She couldn't come to Mobile. This was am emergency. No one cared. They just wanted to know where I was going to be. Really? "I'll be at the corner of government and Broad!" That social worker should have done something!
