CenterWell Home Health - Gainesville

Everyone who came to our home to help my husband post stroke was amazing. He had both physical therapy and occupational therapy. He enjoyed both PT and OT and it gave him a nice bridge from the rehab center to outpatient treatment. He is doing so well now and I give Randi (and Moira) and Lisa (Occupational Therapist) credit. He enjoyed working with them.

I've had the pleasure of working with a few of your nurses/therapist. April is my nurse and she is the best she lives close and if ever I need her she comes as soon as she possibly can. I know because I have had a small emergency. She really does care for her patients!! Been mine since 12-23. Then Miss Vinni and Dominic with physical therapy have been great to work with. Vinnie is very professional but yet so funny enjoyed talking with her about her country. Dominic is great at what he does and always has a smile on his face!! Over all experience with CenterWell Has been great! P.s. Can I keep April? 😊

Everyone has been so wonderful!! They make sure I understand what I should or shouldn’t do and if I have any issues that I let them know right away “And I have had issues since Feb. “ everyone has made both me and husband like family. And long as I am able to use CenterWell for my therapy I will. Thank you everyone so much!!!

Your representative was a completely trustworthy. Who is only thoughts were improve my medical condition. I will miss my visits with him. He was completely knowledgeable was able to help me with my pain conditions. If ever I need this type of service again I surely will call her when y’all.

Brian and Cath my physical therapist were great. Very caring and ensuring that I was making progress with my mobility. Lisa my nurse was great also. Very caring and ensuring my progress is good after surgery.

Michael Alvarez and Kathy James care for my husband, Bob, and we could not find more caring, attentive and compassionate professionals. Bob’s illness is complex and dangerous because of falling risks yet these therapists work so well with him to provide strength, balance and mobility. Thank you very much.

Pam, Lisa, Holly and Rebcca have all be so prompt with details about my mother's care and home health notes, texts and calls. We couldn't have asked for better staff. Thank you so much for being here and All you do.
