The Center Well team has been absolutely fabulous at coordinating Home health care for my loved one. They have come out and provided nursing support, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. They have been professional, supportive, friendly, and most of all I have seen my loved one progress as a result of their care. Special Recognition to Dusty, Regina, and Dillon, for their amazing support of my loved one and their medical guidance and recommendations, and for supporting me as a caregiver.

Nurse Dusty is very nice, but if you need too many supplies they will dump you as a patient. The main office told my spouse he was too expensive so they dumped him. And didn’t bother to tell him until they had missed several days they were supposed to show up. They also seemed like they didn’t have enough nurses on staff. Their behavior was incredibly neglectful and not professional.

Centerwell was 2nd home health team used to care OT/PT needs. So much better than SunCrest omnl at spending quality time with patient. Jaclyn and Laura and Darcy were very in tune to patient needs.

CenterWell is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They contact me in advance to schedule appointments. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home health care.

It has been great to have the super, warm staff come to see my mom. They are very caring and show great respect for her.

All the staff, reps and nurses are very kind, helpful, informative and friendly. Grateful to have had this company come to assist with my 90 year old mother’s care and therapy. My mom has dementia and struggles to communicate with anyone but when Centerwell was visiting, she was all smiles! As we say in the south, “Pre-ciate cha”!
