Patient experiences
It has been a great experience and I hope if I get to continue the care it will be with the same team. Rome, Lisa , and Wendy are the three with whom I have had the most contact. They are punctual and always careful with record keeping . Lisa always encourages me to do my exercises with positive comments. I look forward to her weekly visits. I could ask for no better.
Worst experience I ever encountered. My surgeons team were excellent. No complains. However nurses in particular Christine, lauren one the nurse up front we're not professional at all. Today I have ptsd anxiety. Even writing this note I am a bit nervous. My room was disgusting . It had mold rust on the vents . I had a fan was full of dust. I think I was over medicated as well. No one should never experience a visit to a hospital like I did .
Everyone was nice. They had positive attitudes is just that my mom didn’t get much out of it from some of them that came to see her. They didn’t even touch her. They just basically talk to her. Also I didn’t like how they would give you a time that they are coming, but you’re basically lost because for instance, they will tell you that they will be there between one and three well one particular person came at three. That’s not accurate to me. Give me a time that you will be there if you’re going to be late let me know, don’t come at that last hour that you said because really that was the end time to me if you didn’t get there by three I didn’t expect you so I feel that it needs to be fixed the scheduling give accurate times !
Therapist's were very pleasant and helpful with my total knee replacement recovery. My primary therapist Lisa, was great at steering me on the right course, despite my tendency of trying to push myself too hard and fast at times, causing some setbacks!
Let me start off by saying how very pleased, and how very satisfied I'am with the company, the staff, and their services that have been chosen for me. The staff members that are indoors of the company as well as the nurses that are out in the field making home visits everyone is doing such excellent work and such an amazing job. I do appreciate you all and I appreciate all that each and everyone of you do individually. Everyone in the company from nurses to office staff were very understanding and very respectful. They were also very good with being on time and over all caring compassionate people. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs home health. Thanks for everything and I’m very thankful CenterWell was paired with me. I’d definitely use CenterWell again.
The services were good but follow up and getting a new referral sent in we’re a zero star experience);
My mother has been bedridden since August 2023 and got a bed sore that needed surgical intervention and when discharged from the hospital center well health came to the house to give her care and physical therapy. The staff is awesome and very good advisors. Because of them my mom wound has healed and she's on the road to a successful recovery. I would recommend this care team to anyone who needs people that truly care about their patients and their family. The best I've ever had the pleasure to have. Keep up the good work center well health. Thank you for all everything.
