The service is OK. They are very friendly. But! They need to communicate better with the doctors and keep evey nurse in the loops with each other with correct info about the patients. Also the insurance pays for supplies needed to take care of the patient and making sure the patient will have the correct supplies at home the continue the care when the nurse isn't there other then these few issues they are a great company to use. Would I recommend this company to others absolutely for wound care I don't know about other areas of the care because I don't have any experience with it but wound care yes. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at CenterWell. First of all Jason has done a wonderful job with Dan’s physical therapy. He is so patient and really knows how to communicate clearly the instructions for each exercise. Working with Dan is very challenging given his latter stage with Alzheimers, but Jason takes the time to make sure Dan is getting the maximum benefits. I’ve also been so impressed with the Speech Therapy staff; so caring and have given me great ideas for daily activities to help Dan’s communication skills. I would highly recommend CenterWell Athens!

The staff and nurses are considerate of your time and needs. They call to confirm appointment and let's you know of any delays. All (OT, PT, nurses, etc) have been professional and pleasant. Phone wait time is minimal.

All of the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. I’ll never do therapy any other way. It is so convenient and you really get a one on one. No one else is competing for your time. I’ve had PT , OT and weekly fluids. Now if there was only a Doctor that would do house calls. Inside joke but all of the therapists even provided therapy for my dog.

They are an awesome company. They are very helpful. I am a below the knee amputee. The physical therapist that come out are awesome. I have a nurse that comes out once a week. I would recommend.
