Elizabeth, Dr. Lai, and the staff are good people; I have been going to CRPM for years now and received excellent care. I'm concerned now that the practice has been sold; I'm receiving bills from out of the blue; I have been able to resolve them, but now very concerned about any future treatments. I will continue to see Dr. Lai and his staff; however, I hope their communication improves, and they return calls when needed by the patient. No reason to air any dirty laundry here and call people out; communication is the best practice for everyone. My rating is still a five star for my experience and service from CRPM; however, I would like to see the line of communicating with the patient improve.

Elizabeth Keliiholokai PA is exceptionally knowledgeable. She's a walking/talking medical dictionary😉 She is so very bright, helpful, understanding and caring. I recommend CRPM for pain management. Also, I was referred to other specialist after coming here to CRPM which put new parts in my spine and a total knee replacement. It's the right place for you if you are in chronic pain. Good luck, stay strong💪💗

Dr. Koshy has made my pain manageable with his expertise and care. He handles each patient with care and provides insite to what is happening. I have had many pain management doctors, but none that have listen to me as a patient and set a plan to help. The staff is also caring and helpful as well. They are also a big part of the surgery center that makes it possible when you do not feel well.

Dr. Koshi is the man! He's a great doctor and knows exactly what he's doing. His staff is also really nice to work with. I've been going there for an accident I was involved in since November and each time I go, I'm in an out quickly, and staff is really friendly and always remembers you! Highly recommend them!

I have been a patient for many years at CRPM and I have always seen Roxanne. Roxanne is wonderful! She is always very kind and always takes the time to listen. She goes above and beyond for her patient’s. I also see Dr. Koshy for ablations and spinal injections. He is an outstanding Dr and he has a wealth of knowledge regarding pain management. His nurses have always treated me with dignity and and kindness as well. My life would be a lot different if it weren’t for these gifted people. I highly recommend them both!!!

I have had nothing but great experience here. The doctors have always been responsive and listen to me. They manage my pain and not me! I appreciate this as so many other doctors only think their opinion matters. The PA's are brilliant and the staff is very understanding. Their pandemic response has been comforting and accommodating. From zoom meetings to strict Covid-19 precautions I feel safe when going in for procedures. This is the 4th pain management clinic I have used and I am very happy with them.

I was a 7 year client with an exemplory standing but today I could not urinate for a urine test so they chose to eliminate me as a client. I have never failed a urine test, pay my bills on time, love their staff and doctors so I was shocked by Dr. Lee's dismissal of my long patronage of CRPM. He showed zero compassign for my situation. Update: Since posting this I have been going to Dr. Sata for my pain management and she is amazing. Offering new option if I was interested; she had me do an research program that told how my body and metabolism works with processing pain and medication. Upon those results she understood why I take the meds I do in a 48 hr series as opposed to the usual 72 hrs. Could not ask for a better doctor.
