I have had the privilege of being helped twice by these folks. Both times I was given superb care with a focus on what I wanted to accomplish. I felt heard and like all my needs were met. With the professional care of Chris and Scott I was able to avoid a surgery and get back to a point where I can do the things I enjoy. I can't say enough good things about these folks and the care and attention they show.
The lady at the counter is NOT helpful at all. And I asked for help she was VERY rude not wanting to help at all! I don’t understand why someone would work in health is she isn’t wanted to help!! I figured it out myself and then told her how I did it and she was rude again. My goodness I just wanted to help you help the next. Will not do this place again for sure!
Disagree that front office is rude. ALL the staff from intake to physical therapists are wonderful to work with. Very kind & caring. Would definitely recommend for rehab from any injury.
