My daughter tore her ACL and Meniscus. Center for Physical Therapy was recommended to me by a family member. Staff is friendly. Building is clean. Therapists are knowledgeable.

Very outdated place. Staff is very unfriendly. There is one aide that does not know her stuff. She asked another aide about an exercise ( she did not know what it was and how to show me. I left PT twice in so much pain. The therapist knew I was in pain and she still continued. I came out my sessions worse off then I went in. My last appointment I could not walk because I was in so much pain. You also have to wait awhile in between exercises to get your next exercise because the aides are not available. There should always be one at the stand if there are 4 to 5 aides. Will never go back to there again. Worse place ever. I ended going to another facility to finish up my Pt

The place in Carmel is very warm and caring and it’s close to where I live. Jennifer is a star and is always helpful, especially if I need to reschedule. My physical therapist is Gary and he is very competent. I have felt marked improvement in my knees and have felt that my knees and legs have gotten stronger. When Gary was out, Christina helped me and she was also very very knowledgeable. The PT assistants are also warm and friendly. All of them make me feel like my health and wellness are very important for them.

Bryan was awesome !!!! I had my doubts about pt helping my knee but as soon as I started I could feel it getting better a little each time. It will never be the way it was but it's better. I've been fighting with workman's compensation to get more pt but comp is unreal. If you ever need pt go see Bryan .

Best place for physical therapy. Front desk staff are welcoming and so sweet. The PT assistances are upbeat, attentive, friendly and supportive. Joe Winter is the best therapist around. He is so caring, pushes when necessary and has brought me back many times after surgery and injury. He is so wonderful and I consider him a friend. We are moving out of New York and will miss Center for Physical Therapy so very much.

My daughter was traumatically injured after a 90 foot fall while hiking in January. She was hospitalized for almost 5 months. We were originally going to do our out patient therapy at the rehab she had been in-patient with but after much aggravation and being told she would be on a waiting list which could take weeks. A friend who is a Physical Therapist recommended The Center For Physical Therapy. We met Chris one of the owners and were touched by the attention and genuine care he has shown toward our daughter. She gets a better workout here than she has ever had during her inpatient hospitalization. In a warm friendly atmosphere in which everyone seems to love their job and truly care for their patients. My daughter looks forward to going to her therapies and the improvement she makes each week is truly amazing. I highly recommend this facility!

Had a full hour session with a PT on my first visit which was an interview and assessment. In subsequent visits, my time with the PT was about five minutes only per session and then PTAs took over often providing old equipment for you to use with minimal space around you. The exercises take about four minutes to which they leave you mostly on your own. Thereafter, it is hard to get their attention again to have a PTA provide equipment to continue on with another exercise. Not fond of yelling across the room. Old ramp entrance is in disrepair with missing spindles and opens up into a laundry area which is a tripping hazard and nobody bothers to help you. You must walk through patient areas to get to the front desk. Not a welcoming experience and no exercises I could not do better on my own at home.

I have had some back problems over the years and physical therapy was of my many "possible solutions." While it turned out that it is an odd case of arthritis for my age, I have to say the experience I had with these folks @ Center for PT in Wappingers Fals was amazing. They were professional, courteous, thorough and so kind!! I worked mostly with Joe, but several others helped out at times and everyone on this staff was a pleasure to work with including the front desk ladies, so friendly and polite! Thank you Center for PT!
