Dr. Janush has treated me for an extremely painful chronic injury for more than 14 years. In all probability, she saved my life. Her efforts to find relief for me were never exhausted. While I have at times had to wait an hour or more to see her that is an exception, and is explained by the length of time she takes with her patients. My first visit with her was two hours long. She has been very thorough and compassionate, she listens to my questions and offers understandable responses. She suggested a neurostimulator for me which helped tremendously. She is, in my long experience with her and in my opinion, an excellent doctor. However, I have found her office staff unreliable. I have frequently left messages and questions which never received a response. Dr. J is sometimes slow to complete needed reports or documents for my disability ins carrier, but I suspect her staff may be responsible. She has also charged an exorbitant fee to draft a letter for me, and it was explained to me that it was because she expedited the letter, though she had the request for the letter for a month. I have never had a negative experience with DrJ herself but have many times been very frustrated with her staff. I think she's an excellent doctor and an outstanding lady. She's very personable, approachable, understanding and compassionate, with an exuberant, vivacious personality. I rate four stars only because of the admin frustrations.

Dr. Janush is amazing and her staff is just as wonderful! I’ve been battling constant muscle contractions in my neck and shoulder for years. Oral medications only provide a few hours of relief, but Dr. Janush was able to provide a longer lasting relief to my condition with injections. She's not just a great doctor though, she is a beautiful person that truly loves her patients. She doesn’t just breeze in and out of the room. She takes time to listen, answer any questions, and she provides a whole concept approach to advising patients of at home care.

Dr. Janush has been a great doctor for me since 1997. She is very professional, knowledgeable, stays up-to-date on all forms of medical treatment, medications and forms of rehabilitation. I would not be in physical condition which keeps me functioning for a soon to be 68 yr old female. I have referred her to family members & friends. All she asks is that you listen to her advice and follow her instructions. She is the best in her field. She has gotten my family members and myself back to physical abilities we lost due to injuries. Thank you Dr.Rochell Janush, You have a heart of gold and love for your patients. Thank you and God bless you and your family

Dr. Janush is a very caring, compassionate and incredibly intelligent doctor. Being a combat veteran and former MMA fighter that suffers from various physical ailments she is the only one who has taken a serious interest in helping treat my pain over the years. She goes above and beyond what most other doctors do. She takes the time to listen, test and diagnose. She lets you know from the initial contact that it could be an ongoing progress to get the combination of treatments perfect and for me she has. I have been a patient of hers for 5 years and I don't find the wait longer than any other doctor. If anything it is a shorter wait. Her staff is courteous and most of them have been there many years. They get to know each patient individually and go out of their way to help whether it be the receptionist at the front desk or the office manager. Personally, I find the accusations in the negative reviews to be untrue in my 5 year experience. Dr. Janush always comes in with a smile, even when it's obvious, after getting to know her, that she hasn't had the best of days. It never stops her from giving her patients ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of her time and attention. For the accusation that she gives blocks with no anesthetic is an outright fabrication. In 5 years that has never once happened to me. For anyone that might think that this is an inside review my name is James Carswell. If you are in pain and want a doctor that actually cares about her patients then she is the one to see.

There should be a Zero star rating for this vile whack job. Anyone who is happy with this Doctor just hasn’t been there long enough. She refuses to go one inch out of her way to deal with insurance companies- even when there is an issue that results in great harm to the patient. She said she wasn’t paid to do that, but charges exorbitant fees. I had a change in insurance that required her to change my medication. She botched the conversion chart (which a 2nd grader could figure) and then refused to correct it. I immediately got sick. She refused assistance in any way- even though I was a long time patient, and had paid many thousands of dollars. To run the bill up, you must take excruciating injections that do absolutely nothing. She botched many of these, once sending my husband to the hospital in an ambulance when she punctured his lung. This woman cares about nothing but money- is rude , vulgar, profane and has a God complex. She enjoys bullying patients who are at her mercy because they need medicine. You’d be better off going to a pusher—and a pusher would care more about what happens to you than this quack. Save yourself an ordeal and find a decent doctor— which excludes this one.

Wow! She really takes the time to make sure you understand what she is going to do or what she wants to do before anything is done. Dr. Janush made me feel that I was ok for hurting and was able to pinpoint some root causes whereas other doctors would just put a "band-aid" with medication or physical therapy. She brings a fresher perspective as to my ailments and what can be done for it. Very nice and understanding-worth the wait!

Dr. Janush is one of the most knowledgeable and thorough doctors you'll find. She loves being a detective and finding the root of all your problems. She prefers to treat by procedures or osteopathic manipulation, but will write prescriptions when necessary.

Over the past seven years I have been dealing with a chronic pain and fatigue disorder called fibromyalgia. When I first started going to see her I felt like she was an answer to my prayers, because no other doctors had any idea was going on with my body. I have now been a patient of Dr. Janush for the past five years. During most of this time she has been very helpful to me, and I have felt like my health was getting better. However, during the past month, she had to switch one of medications as the company no longer made the one that had been working great for me for the past five years. I have broken out in hives all over my body unlike anything that I have ever experienced. I have even had to take a leave of absence from work in order to deal with my illness. I have also been to my primary care physician sick times in the last six weeks, and I have had to take three rounds of predinosone without much results. My primary doctor sent me to a wonderful allergist, Dr. Lee. Come to find out I am allergic to the new medicine. However due to the nature of the medication, I can't just stop taking it without getting very sick. I have literally pleaded in tears for her to see me or to write a prescription for a medicine to which I am not allergic. To my dismay, all she has told me to do is quit the medication and deal with the withdrawal or go to the emergency room. During this most difficult time, I have felt completely alone to find a solution that doesn't require going through withdrawal or sitting in the emergency room for hours. I have been to the emergency room twice before and all they gave me was vicadin or Ativan to knock me out, charge me $100.00, and send me home. Unless one is literally dying, the emergency room isn't very helpful. During the past month, I have felt like Dr.Janush does not care about me at all. The medication she prescribed is causing me to break out in hives, and she refused to take time to see me or to write me a different prescription. No other doctor has ever treated me this way, especially when I am having problems with the new medicine she prescribed. For this reason I have decided that I need to take my business elsewhere.
