Yes, last week my wife called to the Prescott Valley location to bring in a referral from her doctor. They told her to come to the location on long look but make sure to get there before 6:00 PM. We got there at 5:40 PM and they had left today. We try to go there again and we were told that that location has been closed. for over a year so two days I’ve had my time wasted by these people and I do not appreciate being lied to you or run around. I am looking for a physical therapist for my wife now and it will not be With this group, I’m sure the people who do the actual patient care or probably not the problem it’s front desk in management. It seems to always create these kind of problems. If you’re looking for a physical therapist in Prescott Valley do not go to waste your time with this one.

Made an appointment with this facility whose website says Prescott Valley. When the call came to confirm my appointment, found out facility is 20 miles away in Prescott. Found another place 15 miles closer, called to cancel and had to leave a message when no one would answer the phone. Long story short, my message was not forwarded and they called wondering where I was. UPDATE THE PV LOCATION TO CLOSED TO AVOID THIS!!!! I didn't want to affect this business' quality of service so I'm leaving this as a 5 star review even though I did not use this business.

This Center was the first non-va PT office I was seen by. The rehab of replaced shoulders is arduous and complicated. The skill and intuition of the therapists who worked with me were absolutely top of the line. They made me EARN every step I took toward my recovery. At the conclusion of my allotted sessions, I had regained most of my strength and more range of motion than anyone thought possible. I probably wouldn't have a left arm if it wasn't for their incredible support of my recovery. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who truly needs the best in this business because that's exactly what they are going to get.

I definitely recommend Center for Physical Excellence for physical therapy needs. I ended up here after spine surgery as my previous PT office had no openings. I was hesitant to switch (mostly due to what one hears about some of the other offices locally) but needed to get in someplace asap. Center for Physical Excellence is the place my Phoenix spine doc recommended (a repeat rated AZ Top Doc) and I gave them a call. The front office staff worked to get me in as quickly as possible and scheduling followup appts was always a breeze. The two therapists that made up my care team were GREAT, and the therapist that is my primary PT now is fantastic. They always listen well and make adjustments or recommendations about stretches or home exercises to help with what was ailing as well as progressing the in-gym exercises to really get me back on track not only after spine surgery but also a long time prior to surgery of not being very mobile/functional. They really strive to work with the individual patient and not a one-routine-fits-all approach. Friendly staff, nice facility. Prescott office is a larger office and also has a separate gym apart from the PT gym and a nice pool for aquatic therapy. I would also highly recommend physical therapy- and this one in particular for women during pregnancy! This area has a lot of physical therapy options and you hear a lot about them. As can be seen in my reviews, this is the 1 of 2 I would recommend and also the 1 I would (and will) return to.

Owner’s greed and deceit pushed away quality clinicians while closing this clinic down that was combined with poor organizational leadership/structure leading to its demise.

The facility is always neat and clean, the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. Other Physical Therapy providers have seemed to want to just get it done with less focus on how it affects the patient. Here, they really take things into account and I've felt more like a person than a number! I would recommend this location to any of my friends 😊

This is a nice little physical therapy center. It's nothing grand but it's definitely better than driving all the way to Prescott. The staff are kind and attentive, the overall feeling is open and clean. This place is easy to spot from the road and the parking is really close to the building for easy access. If you will be there waiting for someone then you might enjoy their stacks of magazines. The chairs in the waiting area are ok but consider bringing a pillow to sit on if you have a sensitive toosh!

They earned one stars because everybody is friendly and makes you feel like home, unfortunately I was not there to make friends but to recovery after a rotator cuff repair. After 13 weeks of PT and making minimum progress, I walked out of this place and was the best decision ever. After complaining of no progressing and having pain and feeling “something” pulling on my neck the therapist at Center for Physical Excellence told me the reason I was not progressing was that I had neck problems and suggested I needed to see a chiropractor. My chiropractor, not the one the therapist suggested, told me I did not have a neck problem; that what I needed was a therapist that understood the connection between the neck and the shoulder. I was lucky to find a therapist that knows what he is doing and on the first appointment he made a huge difference. Driving from home to my first appointment I could not use my arm to drive or even rest my arm on the steering wheel; after the first session I used my arm to drive back home 😊. My suggestion is, if you are planning on having a surgery make arrangement for PT before the surgery so you can get appointments with a good physical therapist, after walking out from Center for Physical excellence I found out the good ones have waiting list.
