Fantastic group of talented, caring experts!! I stupidly broke my left humerus bone on a hiking trip, and had minimal range of motion. Surgery was recommended, but I took a chance that physical therapy might restore me to adequate range of motion. So glad I did!! I haven’t worked with all of the therapists, but real standouts were Jonelle, Jennifer, and Cody, with great help from Briana Payne as well. At the front desk, April’s sweet welcoming smile helped me through the process. Thanks to these wonderful folks, I have recovered more than adequate range of motion, much more than I’d expected. Can’t thank them enough!!!

I have worked with many therapy centers in the QuadCity area & this is by far the best. The results here are beyond what I anticipated I could achieve. The therapists all work together to make the outcome as good as it can be. The atmosphere says, "You CAN do this!" The staff become your friends, pushing you toward excellence. I recommend Center For Physical Excellence to all my contacts.

The name of this center tells the story. I have completed 4 weeks of therapy following a shoulder replacement September 9th. From the get go my therapist (Laura) my technicians (Brie and Tashi) have been amazing. They made me feel welcome and part of the team from day one. They celebrate each milestone with me . They have an uncanny ability to know just how much weight I can lift or how far I can extend my range of motion. They progress me at every opportunity. After the first visit I changed from thinking like an invalid to someone focused on what I could do. They helped me discover I could do a lot more than I thought. A beautiful gym , I enjoy seeing other clients progressing and how the whole staff works as team. I am now 8 weeks post op shoulder replacement. Today I graduated from therapy after reaching my immediate goals. I will have to continue to work on my exercises at home and at the gym. However, they are going to check on me in a month to make sure I am maintaining my progress! Just another example of how they treat you like you family. We are so fortunate to have this Center for Physical Excellence here in Prescott.

10/2/24 I would like to give some well-deserved praise to Jennifer and Zac, two physical therapists at Physical Excellence. When I first came after a knee replacement, I wasn't enthusiastic about my recovery. After seeing Zac's energy and his desire for you to do your best, my attitude started changing. Always positive, friendly and personable his approach was one of you can do this without being pushy. Keep up the great work, Zac! Jennifer was another therapist I worked with frequently. She is serious about her job, and the first time working with her I knew I needed to strive for my best. She turned out to be warm and kind, making sure you didn't cut corners, and saw improvement with each session. Both of these therapists are very competent and the Center is lucky to have them.They care about the clients and you feel it. I must give praise also to the staff, from the receptionists to all the therapists and aides. Everyone made you feel so welcome, greeting you by your name, which made me feel special. I was almost expecting a bouquet of roses and a crown. Their mood was encouraging and upbeat. You have an exceptional staff. You are very lucky. Thank you all, Shelley Rudolph

I want to recommend Cody and Crystal to anyone who needs PT. They are very knowledgeable, caring, hands on therapists. I was treated and sent home equipped with the tools and confidence to continue my PT at home for continued success. Thank you so much. I also want to thank the rest of the staff. I was always greeted with a smile and my questions were addressed immediately. Thanks again for all you do!!

I AM GOING HERE FOR PT post Ruptured Achillies Tendon with Laura... FYI..I AM A RETIRED PT PROFESSOR from CSUN... Laura is one of the most knowledgeable and professional PT I have ever had. While she is evaluating you, .she gives you feedback...She will answer any and all questions. She builds her clients a great personalized program and keeps adjusting it as they make progress...Always checking their form. She has one of the most PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHO ARE VERY CAPABLE , FRIENDLY and supportive of each other the their clients. Donna Carver

It's hard to find a PT service in our area, let alone a GREAT one. I thank the stars I got referred here because it was worth the wait. The staff is superior and they demonstrate excellent teamwork. Ally is wonderful at teaching me self care, and leads the team so well💖

My 12-year-old son Anthony broke his leg riding a mountain bike and he was devastated to lose his mobility. The Center for Physical Excellence has been wonderful with him! He’s been coming here since his surgery and is on track to get back to doing all of the things he loves very soon (including mountain biking). Shout out to Ian, Laura, Axel and Hannah for being so professional and excellent at what you do!
