Center for Balance and Rehabilitation

I was referred to this practice for vertigo by my neurologist. I asked if they were in-network with Cigna when they called to schedule the appointment-- I was told they were. I was seen in the clinic on 3/23/23. Everyone I met was very friendly and nice-- they even have an adorable goldendoodle who likes to hang out at the front desk! However-- I received a bill on 3/1/24 (almost an entire year later) for $352.00. When I contacted my insurance about this, it turns out they were, in fact, out-of-network. Lying about this is and sending a surprise bill a year later (when FSA funds can no longer be used) is NOT a good business practice and is highly unethical.

So many of my friends are seen by this amazing facility. With Eric's certification in healing/reversing Vertigo, and the years of experience within Center for Balance, I don't understand why you wouldn't see them. The more you know!

I would like to say, what a wonderful staff. It's beautiful when you leave your home not knowing what to expect, but then, to be greeted with warm and nice smiles from a staff of people that care about there patients. My visit was handle by Eric and staff with great professional integrity. Nothing but the best experience for me. I would come here again, and again to have my Rehabilitation Services done.

All staff were courteous, prompt and handled appointment well. Our therapist (Eric) was knowledgeable and very interested in my health/status. My wife liked our 1st visit so well she called her Doctor for a referral and appointment.

James was able to cure my mother’s concussion-related vertigo after a few visits! Definitely recommend!

I have a major balance issue due to an ultra rare neurodegenerative condition. I also have strength and mobility limitations. Erik and his team have done an excellent job at creating a custom program for me based on these considerations. I have definitely seen an improvement in my balance since working with them. I look forward to experiencing continued progress.

My six weeks at CBR provided me with the confidence I needed to continue my recovery on my own. The exercises were planned in a sequence that fit my needs. It was time well spent. Thank you, CBR!

Eric Deckle has given me my life back! He is a miracle worker when it comes to vestibular issues. I went to multiple ENTs and they couldn't help and told me to go see a neurologist. My neurologist said it wasn't my brain and recommended Mr. Deckle. He is very knowledgable and caring. Thank you so much!
