The new owners are already making great updates to this facility. If you have a loved one needing skilled services or long-term care, there is no doubt this tenured management team and caring staff will take great care of them. Plus, they are getting a much needed facelift!

You have certain horrible employees I took it up to the next person and I was told she would take care of it and walked away from me, so by that means, I know she did not take care of the situation … I attended the egg hunt today and one of your employees were making ugly smart comments about my youngest brother-in-law I was bothered by it and I told her something she threatened with. Don’t make me cuss at my job. If you’re gonna host things like this, make sure your employees know how to keep certain things to their self🙁 if you’re employee, so bothered by a child why host events involving children.

Cedar Manor has some of the most amazing people who care about their patients and have been in the business many years. Stop by anytime and say hi, meet the staff and see how much Creative Solutions has done for this facility since they took over and for sure stop by and say hello to Lisa (Administrator) She has the biggest heart and will do anything and everything to make sure her patients are taken care of.

I truly truly regret having my grandmother here in this facility. She has had ONE aide that deserves praise and honor and that's it. Poor communication, lack of empathy, medication to sedate residents, business office terrible communication, food ugh. Just horrible experience.

My father has been there for a short period of time but as of now I am very pleased with his care. He enjoys everyone being so active and the residents as well. I have experienced some traumatic experiences in other facilities in Dallas and I am so glad we moved him.

This place deserves no stars! My grandma has falling three times since being at this facility and now has broken ribs. Alma one of the ladies who work there told a family member that they were gonna treat my grandmother the same way our family treats them. Very unprofessional and lazy staff who rarely answer the patient's call lights. Looking for a new nursing home currently.

I highly recommend Cedar Manor. They have a very clean facility and highly trained staff.
