This is the slowest place ever! Urine tests are meant to be faster and they tell me it’s going to take 5-7 business days? And don’t get me started on the waiting period. Literally two hours waiting. The gentleman who did my test was nice though but overall don’t waste your time here !

Lawsuit in progress. I told them my ankle is broken when I went in and they said I just sprained it so they sent me back to work for 6 months with a broken ankle and two tendens completely ripped in half. Need I say more?

My employer uses this company. They will make you wait hours before seeing you. Then there's Dr. Heinrhick It doesn't matter if you can barely move or walk he sends you back to work. Because of him my injury was we way worse. Don't worry it cost my work plenty$$.

This is one of the slowest offices in the world for drug screening. Any time of day you will wait 2+ hours to even get proceeded. One could almost think this is a county job due to the level of service and Sense of urgency. If this is one of your options, choose somewhere else. Maybe just maybe this will help them speed up service.

Very bad clinic. Called for drug tests and when I showed up they said they are done for the day but they still had 2 hours to close. Very bad.

Trash. Waited 2 hours to have my eyes flushed. Never got seen. Had over a dozen people treated before. Do not recommend.

The worst place I have ever been in my life. They made me to wait for 2 hrs and told they can’t do blood test which takes less than 5 mins. I have no clue why this place is even existing.

Worst place ever!!!Made me to wait 3 hours for drug test and it turned out we have been waiting for a doctor to come to work who supposed to take tests! I left, dont know whether he came or not. Bulsh*t!!!
