Catalyst Physical Therapy

I am a retired massage therapist and yoga teacher who needs rehab often due to an old car accident that causes severe sciatica and knee issues. After trying ablation and stem cells for the acute condition of my knee I was referred to Dr Jenn. What a blessing this has been. She is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had here in Florida! ( and I have tried many Chiro’s and therapists here) Dr Jenn is intuitive and incorporates many techniques . I feel I am in excellent hands and am improving more than I thought possible. I also want to thank her staff as they are so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Catalyst !!!!!

Dr. Hauskey is amazing! I had pain in my front hip flexor for 8 months. No one else was able to diagnose it. She looked at me and instantly knew what it was. She gave me one exercise to do, and the issue was gone in 3 days!!!

Such a terrific Therapy clinic! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about getting to the root of the problem and fixing it asap. Dr Jenn is by far one of the best therapist around with a terrific work ethic and friendly awesome demeanor. Would recommend to anyone to come here for therapy services. Thank you Catalyst team!!!!

Dr Jenn and her team are phenomenal. In one session my back that was hurting for a month was 80% better. She doesn’t limit herself in time or efforts until you feel improvement right away. I’m coming back next week to feel 100%.

Took my 'tween daughter to a visit with Dr. Ellyn Nilsen at Catalyst to correct a posture issue. Prior to visiting, we completed an extensive online questionnaire, and upon check-in, the reception mentioned we did not complete the required paperwork, despite the fact we'd spent 15 minutes the night before and received the green checkmark and requisite "thank you" for persisting thru dozens of screens. Then the reception guy handed me a stack of redundant forms to fill in...but sadly, I did not bring my reading glasses...and by the way, I am an immigrant and English is not my first language. What I struggle! Then we met Dr. Ellyn and were immediately set back by her brusque personality. My daughter is a little shy to begin with, but Dr. Ellyn made us both feel very uncomfortable, questioning every field we filled and box checked on the forms, almost as if we were being cross-examined by a prosecuting attorney. For example, she questioned why my daughter considered herself a 7th grader (just finished 6th grade), while I had written 6th grade on the form. What does it really matter? Finally, we got on to the meat of the visit and worked our way through it. In the end, Dr. Ellyn prescribed some exercises for my daughter to improve her posture. At that point, she told us her printer didn't work and suggested for me to take pictures of her laptop screen instead. Hard to believe I paid $120 for this grief! Not recommended...never going back!

I would definitely recommend catalyst physical therapy to anyone! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Jenn is great and cares about each and one of her patients. They have a lot of different ways to treat each and every person I went there a couple times before and they’ve been great at making me feel better everytime! 10/10 recommend!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I've been going to Catalyst for a month or so, after I started getting arthritic pain radiating though my limbs from the neck and back. With some stretching and some strengthening, the pain is almost totally gone. I'm very thankful for the help I received at Catalyst. The whole group of physical therapists I have access to is very competent and helpful. With a variety of personal twists (literally), each one adds a great component to your treatment. And it works !! Thanks to the wonderful crew at Catalyst !!

I highly recommend Catalyst Physical Therapy and Dr. Ellyn Nilsen. For over a year I struggled with terrible pain from Achilles tendinitis which prevented me from doing my favorite physical activities. I had been to several doctors tried different treatments but it was not until I started going to PT with Ellyn that I finally saw results. This is because she went beyond just focusing on my foot and was able to identify the source of where the issues originated, which was not even in the foot. I am now able to get back to my walking and running, which at a point, I thought may never happen. The entire staff at Catalyst is great, they make it easy to schedule your appointments, are super helpful and accommodating. I’m so glad I was referred here and had Ellyn to help get me back on my feet!
