Signing up for PT sessions with Meghan has been the best thing I've done for myself. She is easy to talk to and she is very caring and concerned for your well-being. She's very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Dry needling and cupping has given me back range of motion I've been lacking. I highly suggest going to Catalyst Performance!

Growing up as a competitive dancer, my ankles have not been treated very well and I've found that as I get older, more joints are affected by old injuries. I have seen Meghan 4 times and although my joints are never going to be how they were, she focuses on how to strengthen the muscles surrounding my hips, knees, and ankles to alleviate pain and stresses. In the short time I've been going to Catalyst, I have become stronger, more balanced, and been shown exercises that don't leave me in pain for days afterwards! A huge feat as I become discouraged easily. Meghan has curated an individual plan to cater to my specific needs and truly wants to make a difference in your health and wellbeing. After each session, she sends a personalized follow up email with the exercises that were worked on and how to do them, super handy to reference in between sessions. Definitely recommend Meghan to all ages and fitness levels!
