There's a light shining forth from the SE corner of the old Northpark Medical Center in Santa Ana. The building is timeworn, the architecture more utilitarian than art deco, but the inside is clean and the environment filled with patience and kindness. Mimi, Mary, and their staff of licensed therapists are motivated by care and compassion above compensation and genuinely care about each individual patient.

I came here over a year ago, for severe pain, in my back and hip. I met with Dr. MiMi. She has been evaluationg and working with me since, and I am much better! Due to the sessions, and the great care, I am pain free today, and feel better than before. Dr Mimi, Rasha, and Mindy, I genuinely value your service and dedication! Thank you so much!

Front desk is super friendly and nice. The place is clean and organized. The girls in back are very attentive and make sure that you're doing your therapy correctly. If you aren't they will correct you. And if it really hurts they'll find something else that doesn't hurt as much or maybe not hurt at all. I've been going for 6 weeks now. My pain is still huge but it's not their fault.

This place is horrible. I’ve worked as a pt aide in the past so I know how a clinic should be run. I’ve had neck and low back tightness for about a year now and got referred to this place and I’m never going back. The two PTAs who are working with patients don’t even care about the patients or how they progress. From my experience she just sent me to different elliptical machines when that obviously is not going to help me with my specific problem. They think it’s a 1 solution fixes all and I wouldn’t be so upset if it actually seemed like they cared about my injury. It seems like they are just running the clock the whole time . They don’t give details , they don’t ask questions, they do what they do while not bothering to understand the problem .They don’t want the best for the patient. DO NOT COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY TEND TO YOUR NEEDS AND CHECK YOUR PROGRESS. THIS PLACE IS A SHAM.

It is a great medical/physical therapy office. The employees are very professional and caring. I had a broken back after falling from a ladder. I was unable to sleep or get up of bed. In six sessions they fixed my back and returned me to my normal happy life. I highly recommend them To my friends and family.

Caspian Physical Therapy may not be the fanciest place in town yet the years of experience and the care of the staff makes up for all. 40 plus years in business says it all! Ignore bad reviews since the staff is the utmost caring towards patients and patient outcomes as stated by patients are very positive. Patients refer their family members to Caspian and that is quite telling.

On the day 03/02/16 , I brought my sister here for her weekly therapy. After being there for about 3-4 mins my baby started crying soon enough Dr. Saadat rudely told me to leave and to shut up the baby. With those exact words. Upon leaving my sister told me it was not the first time she was rude, she had been rude to her. Answering in the most unpolite way to my sisters questions. As if she had to know the answers herself. I would Never recomend this place to anyone. Very rude Dr. no maners at all !
