I would first like to say that Dr. Casey Fischer and his PA Dennis Brodsky are absolutely FANTASTIC doctors, caring , understanding and always helpful and willing to work with me on treatments , new alternatives , medications and more . Today though I had been re routed to the El Cajon office due to being 20 minutes late to my appointment. THE DR THERE OR PA RATHER R. PAUL A PA ( Who claimed to be a surgeon and had complete disregard for Casey Fischer as well as his other colleagues saying they were absolutely horribly wrong in the way I’ve been treated with my injections medications and their overall practice) This piece of work WAS A COMPLETE NON EMPATHETIC, NOR CARING PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, who claimed to Be a surgeon a orthopedic specialist and the bees knees and with complete disregard for everything this business stands for while badmouthing his colleagues. Not only did he talk over me the entire time and ridiculed me about my medications which I have tried every other option just about , he then told me if I ask about another medication or dosage (which I was advised to in order to find what worked best for for me which up until this visit was always very promising and helpful) which I never have had an issue (I’m a healthy patient with not one mishap or early Refill etc) he then told me if I said one more thing he would put me on the Subutex or suboxone a medication for addicts to get off their addiction and not write my regular medications which I have been on for over a few years now and taken similar meds off and on for around 8 years through injuries snd surgeries etc and ALWAYS was the upmost of responsible and informed about them. He should not be practicing in pain medicine and has ZERO CLUE ABOUT what people like myself with severe CRPS, several surgeries, a testicular cancer scare ongoing, most recent surgery that went very wrong etc go through. He was a complete inconsiderate ***hole and pre judgmental with the clear idealistic approach that WE ( Chronic Pain Patients ) ARE ALL DRUG SEEKING ADDICTS . He should be fired and is a stain on this absolutely AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT, Pain Relief Solutions. Lastly I will state again DENNIS BRODSKY AND CASEY FISCHER ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND TRULY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING & I would recommend anyone with any condition to these doctors as they have a massive variety of treatments and options for their patients with the upmost care and always listen and allow patients to try what they feel may work best rather than telling them what they need or don’t need or how their pain affects them etc.
