Update 07/06/24 Scheduling at this place is difficult. It took 3 weeks to get a consult. It took another 2 weeks to get the first physical therapy appointment. Then a second physical therapy appointment wasnt available for another 2 weeks. That's one physical therapy appointment in SEVEN weeks. Outrageous. I dont reccomend it. Prior Review: I have made multiple attempts to get an appointment here. This outfit is IMPOSSIBLE. My doctor referred me here for physical therapy for tendonitis. The person I spoke w on the phone was not very helpful. She was confused about the referral and what my needs were. No sense of urgency. No compassion.The earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. Not of much value for someone struggling w an injury now! Not reccomended

If your in need of physical therapy, then this is the place to go for your physical therapy, staff very understanding and will assist you back to some of your recovery.

Very knowledgeable and thorough in therapy, all kinds. Fully supported facility. The therapist really care for you, that you get well, that they are doing well in the job, and are fully supported for the future

Poor customer service from the manager. She seemed like she lied about someone updating me on my canceled appointment because she could not give me a specific time and date. What a waste of time.

Doctor ask for traction table and we’ve been told they have , when we went they told us no we don’t have one and they try to convince us to do the service, lady at reception pretend calling Pomona to see if they have traction table and she told us no they don’t have , find later YES they have , try later to call and talk to a manager to complain about what happened, she start to blame us and the our doctor,

I could not ask for better care...Paul and his team are awesome..

Have been doing PT there. Staff is so nice.
