This place is a joke. Called over a month ago regarding travel vaccines, I was told to send over paperwork and that they would be in touch. Weeks go by and nothing, I called and was told they received my paperwork and they will be calling soon. Another week goes by and I call again and am told they never received my paperwork. I verified that it was sent over email and again was told I would be receiving a call. It has been another week and I still haven’t had one person reach out to me. I tried this route so I didn’t have to pay thousands of dollars at passport health but it looks like that is my only option.
