This is an all day process. If your employer sends you here pack a lunch. It is a minimum of a 4 hour wait. Be advised prepare to be waiting here long. Now that being said please be respectful to the employees that work here. They are trying. Take it up with the California department of work force if your upset, or just clear your schedule think of it as if your going to the DMV. Good luck.
