Although the nurses and doctors were nice, they weren’t very attentive; which is semi understandable because it’s an ER, but you would think they would have a little more ability to take care of their patients and with more attention. I was there for 8 hours on an uncomfortable chair in a small waiting room and the bathrooms and chairs were absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t clean and the bathroom was looking like a train station public bathroom. I went to Banner who was also equally as busy and they were more attentive and clean. 1 star for the sweet nurses, nursing students, and doctor that I had. -4 for attentiveness and cleanliness.

I got rear ended from behind making a right turn on red as a passenger. I was admitted and cared for well, but after a CT scan, I was trying to relax in one of the beds and all I could hear was the unprofessional conversations that went on between the nurses, the movers, the orderlies, the rns, and yes, the doctors. At one point I wanted to press the red button and get the nurse to come over just to tell her to please shut up because it was cringy and extremely unprofessional how she was talking around patients. There was literally no one in the waiting room when I was admitted and I was still there almost 5 hours. Not a terrible experience, but professionalism could be better.

JUNE 28, 2024 MID MORNING. Brought my adult special needs son in for server dehydration. He had been very sick and showed all the signs He always with a bottle of water, this day he had a coke in his hand . the front desk assistant explained the wait etc, then gave son a critical remark, a critical remark about dehydration and the coke. He felt humiliated. we left. One woman waiting to be seen showed us comfort and compassion. Perhaps this team member needs a reminder just what her job entails and no person comments unless they are encouraging.

My visit to the ER was a great experience. The staff was amazing, and they treated me with the upmost care. They were very urgent in getting me diagnosed with my condition and getting me the medical care I needed immediately. I am forever grateful for the professionalism they showed in my time of need.

This is the worst hospital, have ever experienced. All of them try to play power struggle, instead of getting their jobs done. They keep you locked up against your will consistently, and make lies as why you can't leave. The inside of the hospital is extremely scary, and dirty! Keep your loved ones alive, start away!

I'm dealing with complicated and hard to see health issues right now, and a lot of people don't believe a young, healthy looking person. It was really nice to interact with people who I could tell genuinely cared about my well being. I didn't catch her name, but the blonde nurse who distracted me so I didn't get nervous while she took samples was wonderful and kind, and took her time to make sure I was comfortable even though I could see how many people she needed to take care of. Niko and Kelly Ann (hope I spelled those right) were also very nice, made sure I got everything I needed, and explained everything to me until my night shift brain understood. I came here terrified something was wrong, and I'm leaving happy that we have such caring people here. Is it bad that I want to visit the ER again??? 😅

Very Rude ER Staff and Nursing. Nurse does not listen or pay attention , and ignored my Wife's request I at one time thought this was a great Hospital, but tonight has totally changed my mind.

If I could rate this ER with negative stars I would. Our journey started out promising…my husband was taken back right away and we thought it would be smooth sailing. 12 hours later, he still hasn’t seen a doctor or recieved the results of the tests he had done 6 hours earlier. (I wasn’t even allowed to be with him for the first6 hours and had to wait in the dirty waiting room.) When asked when we could expect or even hope to see a doctor the medical staff acted as if we were putting them out by our inquiry and were borderline rude. We never did get an answer. The facilities are dirty and lacking in even any sort of call button…which would’ve been useful when another patient in the room needed help. Never have I experienced a healthcare facility that seemed so hellbent on doing all they can to not care for their patients.
