Carolina Therapy Connection

I have been bringing my son Denver for OT and have had the best experience with Shelby. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and creates such a safe space for my son. Brittany is also always friendly and sets such a good vibe when coming in. I have interacted with other staff and they have been nothing but kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!!

How can i not give 5 stars??? What an amazing staff full of welcoming faces and caring hearts! Mrs. Melissa is our therapist and works so well with my child, he loves her and is always so excited to come see her. Their is never a dull moment in speech and we have received so many tools to use even at home. Mrs.Brittany at the front desk ALWAYS greets us with a friendly face ,and makes us smile! No better place to give your kids space to grow and learn!

Can't say enough about the wonderful people at Carolina Therapy Connection. My son has been with Mrs. Shelby for almost 5 years and she has been great. He has learned so much and enjoys going to therapy. Mrs. Brittany and everyone else there are always so friendly and welcoming. 100% hands down to the best therapy location.

Carolina Therapy Connection has been wonderful for my son, River. After being in and out of therapy with two other offices, I was worried my child might not receive the services he needed. When we were referred to CTC, they moved quickly to get River in for evaluations and got him on the schedule for OT and Speech. Brittany has answered all of my questions with patience and when River’s original therapist left the office, she worked diligently to help make sure he was assigned to someone else and didn’t miss a beat. Brittany, Shelby, and Renee are all wonderful to work with and we look forward to River’s appointments each week. Thank you CTC for helping my baby and finally giving us a reliable and welcoming home for therapy. ❤️

CTC is the best! My son Terence has been going for a while and loves it! The improvement seen in my child reflects on how well his therapists are. He looks forward to therapy every week! Also, Brittany at the front desk is so warm and welcoming we appreciate her also! Thanks CTC for all you all do! 10/10 recommend!

Great people all around, receptionist Brittany welcomes you in when you show up.always speaks and smiling never rude. The therapist are fantastic here. Melissa and Taylor are wonderful for my daughter, they go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is taken care of. All the therapist are great here very friendly and great with the kids.

Having Carolina Therapy Connections in Goldsboro has been a huge blessing. Every person we have met has been knowledge, friendly, and welcoming. Between my two children, we have had treatment with Bridget, Renee, and Shelby, and all 3 ladies have been phenomenal in helping my boys adapt, overcome, and achieve goals and skills. I can't recommend this place (or these people) enough!

I’ve been bringing my 3 year old to the goldsboro location for a little over a year now! She loves her weekly “play dates” with her miss Renee. We’ve never had a bad experience and look forward to coming to the friendly and fun environment they provide. *i originally posted this review on the Greenville locations page and didn’t realize it. Goldsboro is super friendly and a very convenient drive.
