Amy and Michelle are absolutely AMAZING!! Not only ate they professional and knowledgeable, they are kind, caring, friendly and supportive. They offer tips and strategies to the parents so they can carry on helping their child when they are at home. I've noticed that not only does my grandson love them and is excited to be with them, he usually isn't ready for their time together to be over and wants to stay longer. I'm so thankful for them. They are truly a gift from God to my family.

I am a home nurse for children, the speech therapist is great and always on time or early, she provides great communication and is very helpful with my client. OT seems to want to do a good job, my client has been through two OTs in a year, both very unreliable and constantly canceling sessions, seems to always be rushed when they do show up and not very knowledgeable about the child or processes in aiding recovery by applying OT. As a nurse I am very disappointed by the OTs with this company, not to mention the heavy smell of cigarette smoke covered by an abundance of perfume that they come in smelling like.

My son received services here for 3 years as well as services from another pediatric therapy company located in downtown Statesville. I experienced how both of these companies run and prioritized their patients. If you want your child's care to be specific and individualized to fit their specific needs, choose Carolina Speech and OT. If you want your child to be just another patient to fill a slot and not care about your child's success, you should consider another company. The therapist here take their time and personalize your child's needs. During the whole 3 years (2 years at the other location), I never felt my child was just a patient number or just filling an empty slot so a therapist can fill their schedule. There was never an "overbooking" incident and had to see another therapist last minute. My son had the same therapist each visit, they got to know him, and it helped him flourish. If it wasn't for Heather and her services I know my son's speech would not be where it is today. I was told at the beginning, "this is not my first pick of places for your son, but she's the only one accepting new patients." It was meant for my child to go here and it is my first pick of any place in Iredell county. If you want the best for your child, then Carolina Speech and OT is the best option in Iredell.

Ms Mills was wonderful with my two year old son. She worked patiently with him every session even on his rough days. He started slowly but once he wanted to share and play his words just took off. We were very lucky to have Ms. Mills. My son’s face would just light up every time we opened the door. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough words.

My daughter has been receiving therapy for the past 2 years with Mrs.Kayla and we have had the best experience with her. Raelynn’s speech has improved so much and the techniques she has taught her for instance when saying “Th’s” putting her tongue behind her teeth when saying words like “Three” has definitely stuck with her. We are gonna to miss our weekly calls with Mrs.Kayla.
